Product Manager

$120k – $200k • 0.0% – 0.4%

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re at a stage where product decisions, execution, and delivery are inseparable — which means this role owns what we build, why we build it, and how it actually ships.

We’re looking for a founding Product Manager who can operate end-to-end: product strategy, prioritization, execution, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built in very early-stage environments and thrives without guardrails.

What you’ll do

Own product direction and outcomes:

  • Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization — making tradeoffs across customer value, speed, and technical constraints.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.
  • Be accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.

Run product execution and operations:

  • Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.
  • Manage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.
  • Own release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.

Be deeply hands-on:

  • Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review builds, test flows, and iterate with engineers in real time.
  • Make fast calls when things are unclear or breaking.

Stay close to customers and partners:

  • Talk to customers constantly: discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.
  • Translate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.
  • Support partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations when needed.

Build early product systems:

  • Establish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.
  • Create lightweight processes that increase speed, not bureaucracy.
  • Document decisions and patterns so the product can scale.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in a very early-stage startup.
  • Former founder, founding PM, or first/early product hire is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • Comfortable owning execution details, not delegating them away.
  • Strong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.
  • Bias toward action, clarity, and momentum.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.
  • Technical background or deep technical fluency.
  • Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features.

Why join Reflow

  • Founding-level ownership over product and execution.
  • Direct access to founders and customers, zero layers.
  • Real influence over product direction, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Opportunity to grow into Head of Product as the company scales.
  • Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.

This is a role for someone who wants to build the product, not manage around it — and who’s excited to do so in a true early-stage startup.

Lead Product Manager

Occupier

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We are looking for a product manager to own execution across our core product areas. The CPO sets direction — big-picture strategy, board and executive alignment, and our major product bets. Your job is to build and manage the engine to make it happen: run the sprint cycle, manage the product idea backlog, keep Sales and CS informed, and track what's actually working in the product. This role is critical in not just what we build, but in how we build at Occupier going forward. A key measure of success is how the product function operates at a fundamentally higher level because of the infrastructure you've built.
You'll share discovery, feedback, and release communication responsibilities with a peer PM, each owning a defined mandate. This is a tactical execution role. You should want to be in the details.

What You Will Own
Product Operation

Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, with clear owners and exit criteria at every stage
Create and drive the rhythm of the product org including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and quarterly planning cycles
Manage Instrumentation to track adoption, feature usage, and outcomes against intended goals
Close the loop between customer feedback, support data, and the roadmap
Own tooling and process across the product and engineering interface backlog hygiene, documentation, and release communication

Stakeholder Management

Enable visibility for Sales and Customer Success on product questions, timelines, and feature status.
Capture and route customer and market signals into the backlog — structured, not ad hoc.
Create the process for continuous release communications, feature summaries, and change rationale for internal audiences.

Product Analytics & Discovery

Own product usage analytics; build and maintain the dashboards that tell you and the CPO what's actually happening.
Run ongoing discovery: customer interviews, in-app feedback, win/loss signals. Surface patterns to the CPO and share insights with your peer PM.
Manage the idea backlog: intake, triage, prioritization input — coordinated with a peer PM across the full product.

AI-Powered Execution

Design and implement AI-powered workflows across the full product function including discovery synthesis, spec generation, competitive monitoring, backlog analysis, release communication so that leverage is structural and repeatable, not dependent on individual fluency or the right prompt.
Build the systems and institutional knowledge that make AI a default part of how the team operates, not an occasional accelerant that a few people use when they remember to.
Maintain a forward-looking point of view on the AI landscape that goes beyond obvious tools, including what's entering the product development stack, what's changing about feasibility and build vs. buy decisions, and where the next wave of leverage is coming from.
Work fluently with AI coding assistants and understand what they change about engineering velocity, feasibility assessment, and build vs. buy decisions.
Bring the team along. Your fluency with AI should raise the floor for how the entire product function operates.

Product Ownership

Run the sprint cycle for your product areas — dependency tracking, escalation paths, and blockers cleared before they compound.
Partner with engineering on scope, sequencing, and pace.
Coordinate with design and data so discovery and validation are in-flight alongside delivery, not scheduled after.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company. You've been responsible for a high functioning product team area end-to-end, not just managed ceremonies.
You're a builder and an operator. Equally comfortable writing a spec, pulling a Metabase report, and running a customer call.
Strong enough with data to self-serve. You don't wait for an analyst to tell you what's going on.
You run experiments and make decisions on the results, including when the data is ambiguous.
Clear communicator in writing. Your updates don't generate follow-up questions.
You use AI tools daily as actual leverage, integrated into how you work, not something you try occasionally.
You want to be in the execution layer. You find the details interesting, not tedious.

Nice to Have

Experience at a B2B SaaS company with an enterprise or mid-market sales motion.
Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or operations and workflow software.
You've used AI to build something — a prototype, an internal tool, an automated workflow. You understand capability first hand.

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days

The product backlog is triaged and there's a prioritization framework the CPO trusts.
Release communications are going out consistently without CPO involvement.
Sales and CS are equipped with the information and context they need without relying on the CPO.
The product function's AI operating layer has a foundation. At least two workflows are live and embedded, the team has a shared standard for AI use, and you are already a thought partner to the CPO on AI product strategy.
You have at least one usage analytics dashboard in Metabase that the team is actually using.
You have introduced at least one AI tool or workflow the team has adopted.

Lead Product Designer

$120k – $200k • 0.0% – 0.4%

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Design is core to the product: we’re turning complex, abstract work data into experiences that feel clear, powerful, and human.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can own design end-to-end from user insight to shipped interface in a true early-stage environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built from scratch and cares deeply about craft, clarity, and outcomes.

What you’ll do

Own product design, end to end:

  • Own the design vision and execution across the product.
  • Design complex, data heavy interfaces that translate complex workflows and data into intuitive, usable experiences.
  • Define interaction patterns, UX principles, and visual direction.

Be deeply hands-on:

  • Design core product flows, dashboards, and interactions.
  • Produce high-quality UX, UI, and interaction design — not just concepts.
  • Iterate quickly alongside engineering as things get built and shipped.

Stay close to users

  • Conduct lightweight user research: interviews, usability testing, and observation.
  • Validate ideas early with customers and partners.
  • Turn real-world feedback into design improvements.

Build the design foundation:

  • Establish design systems, components, and patterns that scale with the product.
  • Document decisions and principles to create consistency without bureaucracy.
  • Raise the bar for product quality across the company.

Partner tightly with product and engineering:

  • Shape product direction through design thinking, not just execution.
  • Help prioritize what matters most for usability and adoption.
  • Be pragmatic about tradeoffs while protecting the user experience.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product design experience, including time at a very early-stage startup.
  • Former founding designer, first designer, or early design hire strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to design complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills — with a portfolio to prove it.
  • Comfortable shipping imperfect things, learning, and iterating fast.
  • Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and tradeoffs.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, dashboards, or enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with frontend constraints and working closely with engineers.
  • Experience shaping brand or product identity early.

Why join

  • Founding-level ownership over product design.
  • Direct influence on how the product looks, feels, and works.
  • Tight collaboration with founders and early customers.
  • Opportunity to build and lead the design function as the company scales.
  • Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.

This role is for a designer who wants to define the product experience from day one — not inherit it later.

Product Developer, Jewelry

PAVOI

Los Angeles, California, United States

Product Developer, Jewelry

PAVOI has grown immensely over the past 10 years, becoming a leading 9-figure brand in the jewelry and activewear industries, and our growth shows no signs of slowing down. This means exciting opportunities for our team, and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us. At PAVOI, we're not afraid to question the status quo; we encourage it. We're not just building a brand but a values-driven business where everyone feels empowered to contribute and challenge convention.

We are looking for a Product Developer to own the end-to-end jewelry development process at PAVOI. This is not a support role. You will run the development calendar, brief and manage contract designers, make first-pass costing and sample decisions independently, and keep the pipeline moving from brief to production-ready. You will work closely with our Production Coordinator and report directly to our Head of Product, but the expectation is clear: decisions live with you, escalations come with a recommendation, and leadership is informed, not consulted on routine calls. If you are someone who wants ownership, moves fast, thinks in margin, and has the product instincts to know when something is right and the discipline to kill it when it is not, this role is built for you.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full product development calendar across all jewelry collections, from initial brief through production-ready, including proto rounds, TOP approvals, and milestone tracking
  • Brief, direct, and manage 1-3 contract designers on a seasonal cadence, ensuring creative output is brand-right, commercially viable, and delivered on time
  • Make independent first-pass costing decisions, knowing our margin targets and pushing back on vendors before anything escalates
  • Approve, revise, or kill samples at the sample review stage without requiring leadership involvement in routine decisions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day development coordination with internal and external production contacts
  • Identify and surface blockers early, bringing a recommendation with every escalation, not just a status update
  • Develop and maintain clear product briefs and timelines for each collection, connected to margin targets and business outcomes
  • Build and refine the contract designer model, including briefing templates, feedback cycles, and quality standards

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in jewelry product development, buying, or merchandising, ideally in a DTC or marketplace-first environment
  • Direct experience briefing and managing contract or freelance design talent
  • Design literacy: you can read a sketch, redline a tech pack, and articulate specifically why a proportion, finish, or detail is wrong
  • Costing fluency: you understand landed cost and gross margin, and you have sat across from jewelry factories in real negotiations
  • A track record of owning a development calendar end-to-end, with milestone accountability from brief to bulk production
  • A commercial editor's mindset: you evaluate product through a sales and margin lens, not just an aesthetic one
  • A communication style that is precise, direct, and calibrated to your audience, whether that is a vendor, a contract designer, or a senior leader
  • The decisiveness to make calls, document them, and move, without waiting for approval on routine decisions

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with BeProduct or a comparable PLM platform
  • Familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop marketplaces
  • Experience managing a product line across multiple price tiers, from accessible to premium
  • Experience building a design management model from scratch, including briefing systems, feedback structures, and contract frameworks

Additional Information

PAVOI is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The starting pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.

The total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus and benefits (which may differ by country).

Product Design Unicorn (Head of Design & Product Experience)

Anadyr Horizon

Remote, United States

Product Design Unicorn (Head of Design & Product Experience)

Location: U.S. Remote (NYC preferred) - unrestricted U.S. work permit required
Reports to: CEO

Workload: Full-time

Start date: January 1, 2026
Works closely with: CSO, Engineering, R&D

About Anadyr Horizon

We build decision infrastructure for the age of strategic surprise.

Our Agentic Systems Intelligence (ASI) simulates how real decision-makers behave under pressure—surfacing hidden escalation pathways before they ignite.

This isn’t another SaaS dashboard. It’s an entirely new category of software—one that translates human behavior and global complexity into predictive insight.

For a designer who thrives on clarity, structure, and depth, this is the kind of problem set you dream of:

  • You’ll design the interface between human intuition and machine foresight.
  • You’ll take ideas that live in scientific papers and bring them to life as tools that shape real-world decisions.
  • You’ll work directly with the founders on a product that’s redefining how organizations anticipate and manage crisis.

If you’ve ever wanted to build something genuinely new—equal parts beautiful, rigorous, and world-changing—this is that moment.

Our clients include national-security, finance, and insurance leaders who can’t afford to be surprised. We’re a Harvard-born venture operating at the frontier of simulation science and strategic foresight.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Design Unicorn—a rare polymath who can design elegant software interfaces, translate complexity into product structure, and accelerate execution across design, product, and engineering.

This position goes beyond a traditional UX role. You will be both the lead product designer as well as the product manager: mapping user experience to system logic, building the product roadmap, and transforming founder vision and client feedback into actionable product requirements.

If you can create like an artist, manage like a PM, and build like an architect, you’ll feel at home here.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Architecture

  • Convert ASI and North Star platform concepts into clear, prioritized product requirements and sprint plans.
  • Write the walkthrough docs that serve as the single source of truth for design, engineering, and leadership.
  • Define the user journeys that connect simulations, dashboards, and reports into a coherent experience.

2. Design Ownership

  • Own and refine North Star UI: workflows, interaction patterns, and data visualizations.
  • Ensure visual and cognitive simplicity across complex systems.
Build and maintain the design system (Storybook components, accessibility, interaction standards).

3. Product Partnership

  • Own the near-term product roadmap and collaborate directly with the CEO/CSO on long-range vision.
  • Triage client feedback, simulation insights, and pilot outcomes to set priorities.
  • Balance speed and precision—knowing when to ship and when to refine.

4. Execution Velocity

  • Operate as the connective layer between design, engineering, and R&D.
  • Translate behavioral science and simulation findings into usable product features.
  • Coordinate demos, capture learnings, and turn them into structured product evolution.

You Bring

  • 5–10 years in product design, product management, or UX architecture—ideally in complex data or AI systems.
  • Proven experience translating research or technical logic into usable product flows.
  • Exceptional synthesis skills: you turn abstract ideas and user signals into requirements, wireframes, and specs.
  • Ability to lead roadmap creation, prioritize ruthlessly, and document for clarity.
  • High design literacy and comfort working with Figma, Storybook, or equivalent tools.
  • Curiosity about geopolitics, cognitive modeling, or simulation systems—this helps you connect with our product DNA.
  • A bias for structure, precision, and elegance under pressure.

Anadyr Culture

We move fast and operate as a single, aligned team. Expect daily stand-ups, fast cadence, and an all-in mentality. If you’re looking for a part-time gig, a consulting project, or a 9-to-5, this isn’t the place. If you thrive on leadership and momentum—you’ll build and ship faster here than anywhere else.

You’ll shape the UI, brand, and culture of a deep-tech company built on our core values: Integrity—we do what we say, even under pressure. Amity—we win through trust and collaboration. Excellence—we build with precision and purpose. Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage included.

You’ll be the first design leader, working closely with a small, senior engineering team and the founders to define the product foundation.

Why This Role Matters

Anadyr’s competitive edge is cognitive speed—our ability to transform chaos into predictive intelligence. This unique role builds that speed into the product itself. You’ll be the architect of how users experience our ASI-powered North Star platform. We build simulation tools that help leaders anticipate crisis and make better decisions under pressure. Your work will turn complex models into clear, actionable interfaces.

Why Join Anadyr Horizon

  • Work directly with founders who built Harvard’s Red Horizon simulation.
  • Shape the first generation of simulation-powered decision infrastructure.
  • Operate in a culture of intellectual honesty, urgency, and impact.
  • Join a fast-growing deep-tech startup as one of the foundational team members.
  • Build something that will prevent the next war.

Expose what others can’t see.
Design the interface between humanity and predictive intelligence.

P.S.: Your business cards will either say “Product Design Unicorn” or “Head of Design & Product Experience” - your call.

About the job

About IMPACTER Pathway

IMPACTER Pathway is a Human Skills Analytics company building the measurement infrastructure schools have always needed and never had — the ability to see student growth in the human competencies that actually predict long-term success: purpose, grit, curiosity, perspective-taking, compassion. Our platform turns authentic student voice into rubric-aligned, decision-grade insight for districts, county offices, and state systems. We're one of the fastest-growing EdTech companies in the country, serving 200K+ monthly active students across 236+ school sites, with state, county, and district contracts coast to coast.

The role

You're design-minded and you know code. You live in Figma and you're just as comfortable in a terminal — you know your way around Git, the command line, and how software actually fits together, and you can take an idea from sketch to a working, clickable thing in an afternoon using Claude Code, Codex, and the modern AI building stack.

You'll build solutions that communicate and demonstrate our data, like these:

And statewide accountability systems that bring transparency to taxpayer-funded initiatives, like these:

You're not a career software engineer, and that's fine — you're the person who turns "what if we could" into something people can actually click. (We have a 20-person engineering team that owns and ships our production code. This isn't a seat on that team, and it isn't a heads-down back-end or infrastructure role.)

What you'll do

  • Take real customer problems from districts, county offices, and school site teams, and turn them into working product in days, not months
  • Design and ship beautifully crafted UX/UI surfaces using Claude Code, Codex, Figma, and the modern AI building stack
  • Prototype new features, internal tools, customer-facing dashboards, and district reports — the stuff that lives between "what if we could" and "here, try this"
  • Partner with our ML and engineering team on anything that touches production systems or our scoring pipeline — they own production, you build the thing that proves it's worth building
  • Move fast, document well, ship constantly

Who you are

  • You have a real technical foundation. CS coursework, a CS degree, or equivalent hands-on experience. You're comfortable with Git, the command line, and the basic mechanics of how software gets built and shipped.
  • You can code, even if you're not a "developer." You don't identify as a software engineer, and that's fine. But you can read, write, and debug real code, not just prompt your way around it. When an AI tool hands you something broken, you can figure out why.
  • You're AI-native. You've shipped real things with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or the equivalent, and you can show us a live link.
  • You have strong design sensibility. You know Figma, you know what good product looks like, and you can build to that bar.
  • You're a tinkerer. Curious, willing, restless. The kind of person who breaks things to learn them.
  • You write well. We run on async writing.
  • K-12, education, or classroom background is a plus — domain empathy helps — but it is not a requirement for this role.

Not for you if:

  • You want a heads-down back-end or infrastructure engineering job (we have that team, this isn't that seat)
  • You've only ever prompted — you've never actually touched Git, a terminal, or real code

Senior/Principal Product Designer

Dash Bio

Waltham, Massachusetts, United States

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Product Designer to spearhead the user experience and interface design across our growing digital ecosystem. You will own the design of the portals, dashboards, and tools our external biopharma clients use to interact with our platform while also playing a critical role in evolving and optimizing the complex internal interfaces that power our lab automation platforms.

In this role, you will design intuitive, polished, and trustworthy experiences for complex scientific data. You will mock up high-fidelity prototypes to iterate on designs, test concepts, and gather rapid feedback from users and stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between product strategy, design, and engineering to deliver software our users love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Design: Lead the UI/UX design process for external, client-facing web applications, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
  • Prototyping & Iteration: Create interactive mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, gather stakeholder feedback, and rapidly iterate on solutions before engineering hand-off.
  • Data Visualization: Design and build complex, interactive data visualizations that allow clients to easily interpret their bioanalytical results.
  • Design System Ownership: Take ownership and evolve our comprehensive design system and component library to ensure visual consistency and accelerate development.
  • Complex UI Architecting: Act as a strategic partner to the engineering team, providing hands-on design guidance and innovative solutions to tackle complex, non-standard user interface challenges.
  • Design Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design QA and comprehensive UI reviews of developer implementations to ensure the final product maintains a high degree of visual polish and usability.
  • Brand Agency Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our external brand agency, ensuring seamless alignment between external brand identity and internal product experiences.
  • Marketing Support: Partner with the Marketing team to provide high-level design support for ad-hoc campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, and frontend development. (Principal level requires 7+ years with a track record of architectural design influence and leading major product launches).
  • Design Expertise: Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with B2B SaaS, customer portals, or data-rich enterprise applications.
  • AI Fluency: Actively uses AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate design and development workflows. Comfortable prompting, iterating, and shipping faster without sacrificing quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of modern web capabilities (HTML, CSS, React) to ensure smooth engineering hand-offs and the technical feasibility of your designs.
  • Data-Driven Design: Proven experience designing interfaces that handle complex data sets, analytics, and reporting for external users.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate design decisions, present to stakeholders, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers.
