Product Manager

Reflow

United States
7 months ago

Product Manager

$120k – $200k • 0.0% – 0.4%

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re at a stage where product decisions, execution, and delivery are inseparable — which means this role owns what we build, why we build it, and how it actually ships.

We’re looking for a founding Product Manager who can operate end-to-end: product strategy, prioritization, execution, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built in very early-stage environments and thrives without guardrails.

What you’ll do

Own product direction and outcomes:

  • Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization — making tradeoffs across customer value, speed, and technical constraints.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.
  • Be accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.

Run product execution and operations:

  • Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.
  • Manage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.
  • Own release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.

Be deeply hands-on:

  • Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review builds, test flows, and iterate with engineers in real time.
  • Make fast calls when things are unclear or breaking.

Stay close to customers and partners:

  • Talk to customers constantly: discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.
  • Translate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.
  • Support partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations when needed.

Build early product systems:

  • Establish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.
  • Create lightweight processes that increase speed, not bureaucracy.
  • Document decisions and patterns so the product can scale.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in a very early-stage startup.
  • Former founder, founding PM, or first/early product hire is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • Comfortable owning execution details, not delegating them away.
  • Strong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.
  • Bias toward action, clarity, and momentum.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.
  • Technical background or deep technical fluency.
  • Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features.

Why join Reflow

  • Founding-level ownership over product and execution.
  • Direct access to founders and customers, zero layers.
  • Real influence over product direction, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Opportunity to grow into Head of Product as the company scales.
  • Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.

This is a role for someone who wants to build the product, not manage around it — and who’s excited to do so in a true early-stage startup.

WHO ARE WE?

National leaders in structural and fiscal health — for condos & commercial buildings.

1 Billion dollars recovered; 19 states, 35 employees, offices in FL and NJ.

5-time FLCAJ Diamond Winners, Engineering & Building Services; 2021-25.

We’re a small team, lean & mean. We’re not a family; we optimize for performance.

We keep investing in our people to leverage our niche and corner this market.

We only want a hunter with ELITE numbers, work ethic and mentality

Low-to-no-maintenance; and a life purpose, or this just won't be for you...

No babysitting, no pushing a rock up the hill for you.

WHAT DO WE DO?

2 out of 5 services we sell are legally mandated. Yes, you read that right.

The first is Engineering reports for structural safety.

The second is Reserve studies for condos’ 30-year budgets.

Structural and fiscal health for aging buildings. That’s it.

If you can’t sell what laws are pushing for you, please STOP READING.

This urgent, massive wave of compliance is our entrance into construction & government by 2027.

And our other 3 sectors? They integrate our decades of Insurance Recovery: Damage Claims, Appraisals, FEMA

WHY?

We are looking for a closer. We don’t need a business developer.

There are 2 kinds of closers. Closers who work hard and closers who kind of work.

If you’re still reading, you know which is (y)our kind.

You’re the one generating 50 opportunities weekly and the one closing them.

Your base salary is for your lead-generation and “admin work.”

No true pro is writing home for their salary — this is a career play in sales.

The only thing that makes this ultra-exciting is ultra-competitive commissions.

HOW?

Mondays and Fridays — work from home, strictly through our CRM.

You hunt 50+ leads and nurture all open deals, each day.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — you’re on the road, visiting 15+ companies each day.

Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos, weekly.

HOW MUCH?

Average first-year OTE is $125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions.

Good first-year OTE is $150-200K; great is $200K+ (doable, not a sold pipe-dream).

Different tiers for different hunger — but we explain all in real life examples, if you make the 2nd interview.

We top it all off with a heavy benefits package:

  • Full medical, dental, vision, HSA;
  • Life insurance;
  • 401(k); 401(k) matching;
  • Credit card;
  • Laptop;
  • Cell phone;
  • PTO, paid holidays;
  • Luncheons and reimbursements (upon receipts).

CLOSING?

If you’re a closer, a beast with a killer work ethic & condo/B2B exposure — this might be your last job.

Spoiler: this is NOT commercial real estate. Nor it is a gateway into your next CRE.

We just dislike wasting (anyone’s) time.

  • As Equal Opportunity Employers, we do NOT discriminate based on anything.
  • Anyone’s first 90 days are probationary — we can terminate for any reason. Benefits start after.

TO BE CONSIDERED?

● 4-year Bachelor’s.

● 3 years in HOA/Condo or engineering-type industries.

● 3 years of B2B territory sales.

● Elite work ethic, drive, and discipline.

● Senior-level polish and execution.

● Superb (adapt)ability to thrive with clients, management and under pressure.

● Executive-level communication and public speaking.

● Outside-the-box analytics; creative problem-solving.

● 3 years with a CRM; Google Docs, Sheets & platform 100% fluency.

● A valid driver's license and a car.
