About HealBridge

HealBridge is an emerging healthcare startup transforming wound care delivery across Texas. Our mission is to deliver compliance-first wound care, empowering clinicians with advanced technology, evidence-based protocols, and ethical practices to improve outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and heal people - not just wounds.

As one of the first Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team, you’ll be on the ground floor of something exciting—helping to shape the standard of care and patient experience for years to come.

Position Overview

HealBridge is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in wound care to provide mobile wound management services across Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) within the Dallas area.

This is a mobile, field-based role ideal for an autonomous and motivated clinician who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys flexible scheduling, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform follow-up evaluations.
  • Perform sharp/surgical, enzymatic, autolytic, and mechanical debridement as clinically indicated.
  • Utilize MIST Therapy (low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound) and other advanced wound modalities.
  • Obtain PCR testing samples for rapid wound pathogen identification and ensure appropriate documentation.
  • Administer or apply skin grafts, tissue substitutes, and other regenerative therapies to promote wound healing.
  • Collaborate with SNF nursing teams, physicians, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting in alignment with HealBridge clinical protocols and documentation standards.
  • Educate facility staff on wound prevention, dressing protocols, and infection control practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Education & Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Texas, in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience practicing as an NP, with demonstrated specialization or significant exposure in wound care.
  • Clinical Practice: Must have provided direct patient care within the past 6–12 months.
  • Credentials: Valid and current certifications, credentials, and licenses required for practice in Texas.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work approximately 40 hours per week within HealBridge’s standard operating hours.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel between assigned SNFs.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and mobile documentation tools.
  • Professional Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.

Why Join HealBridge

  • A Startup with Purpose: Be part of a team building something from the ground up — where your voice and ideas truly shape the future.
  • People First Culture: At HealBridge, we’re building a culture of trust, compassion, and continuous learning. We believe healing starts with our people — when clinicians feel supported, empowered, and valued, that care radiates to every patient we serve.
  • Work-Life Balance: No call, no nights, no weekends.
  • Continued Education: HealBridge provides training opportunities for Wound Care Specialist (WCS-C) Certificate programs.
  • Career Growth Ahead: As HealBridge expands, so will your opportunities for leadership, specialization, and growth.

PAVOI

Los Angeles, California, United States

Product Developer, Jewelry

PAVOI has grown immensely over the past 10 years, becoming a leading 9-figure brand in the jewelry and activewear industries, and our growth shows no signs of slowing down. This means exciting opportunities for our team, and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us. At PAVOI, we're not afraid to question the status quo; we encourage it. We're not just building a brand but a values-driven business where everyone feels empowered to contribute and challenge convention.

We are looking for a Product Developer to own the end-to-end jewelry development process at PAVOI. This is not a support role. You will run the development calendar, brief and manage contract designers, make first-pass costing and sample decisions independently, and keep the pipeline moving from brief to production-ready. You will work closely with our Production Coordinator and report directly to our Head of Product, but the expectation is clear: decisions live with you, escalations come with a recommendation, and leadership is informed, not consulted on routine calls. If you are someone who wants ownership, moves fast, thinks in margin, and has the product instincts to know when something is right and the discipline to kill it when it is not, this role is built for you.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full product development calendar across all jewelry collections, from initial brief through production-ready, including proto rounds, TOP approvals, and milestone tracking
  • Brief, direct, and manage 1-3 contract designers on a seasonal cadence, ensuring creative output is brand-right, commercially viable, and delivered on time
  • Make independent first-pass costing decisions, knowing our margin targets and pushing back on vendors before anything escalates
  • Approve, revise, or kill samples at the sample review stage without requiring leadership involvement in routine decisions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day development coordination with internal and external production contacts
  • Identify and surface blockers early, bringing a recommendation with every escalation, not just a status update
  • Develop and maintain clear product briefs and timelines for each collection, connected to margin targets and business outcomes
  • Build and refine the contract designer model, including briefing templates, feedback cycles, and quality standards

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in jewelry product development, buying, or merchandising, ideally in a DTC or marketplace-first environment
  • Direct experience briefing and managing contract or freelance design talent
  • Design literacy: you can read a sketch, redline a tech pack, and articulate specifically why a proportion, finish, or detail is wrong
  • Costing fluency: you understand landed cost and gross margin, and you have sat across from jewelry factories in real negotiations
  • A track record of owning a development calendar end-to-end, with milestone accountability from brief to bulk production
  • A commercial editor's mindset: you evaluate product through a sales and margin lens, not just an aesthetic one
  • A communication style that is precise, direct, and calibrated to your audience, whether that is a vendor, a contract designer, or a senior leader
  • The decisiveness to make calls, document them, and move, without waiting for approval on routine decisions

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with BeProduct or a comparable PLM platform
  • Familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop marketplaces
  • Experience managing a product line across multiple price tiers, from accessible to premium
  • Experience building a design management model from scratch, including briefing systems, feedback structures, and contract frameworks

Additional Information

PAVOI is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The starting pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.

The total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus and benefits (which may differ by country).

Dash's engineering team is growing rapidly as we expand our digital footprint from internal automation platforms to robust, customer-facing applications. We are seeking a Principal Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to evolve our internal developer platform, build tools that empower the broader engineering team, and contribute directly to feature development as a core software engineer.

In this role, you will streamline the software development lifecycle by obsessing over the end-to-end developer experience, diving into dev container optimizations, task runners, agent integrations, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines. You will directly benefit from these improvements yourself as an owner and builder of core platform components. Alongside improving developer velocity, you will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments. You will utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tailored for serverless deployments, ensuring our systems continue to meet the strict compliance requirements of the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Engineering: Actively contribute to our core application codebase. You will drive feature development and maintain core system components.
  • Developer Tooling: Design, build, and maintain internal applications, tools, CLIs, and self-service portals to support software engineers. Optimize local development environments to mirror production.
  • Cloud Architecture: Lead the architectural design and implementation of our serverless AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance for both internal and external customer-facing applications.
