Job Overview

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. BPO experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment standards, with direct experience handling disciplinary processes (including drafting Notices to Explain (NTE) and conducting incident pre-investigations).
  • Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, monitoring employee scorecards, and managing attendance data.
  • Proficiency in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), data entry, and maintaining meticulous employee records.

The role

This Role is Hybrid, mostly remote but you may need to film content in Miami of our founder/CEO. You'll produce short-form video content for our TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, around 5 videos a week. Our social media managers write the scripts and set the topics; you bring them to life. Some content is founder-led (filming our CEO Brandon in Miami), and some you'll shoot and edit on your own.


You'll have direct ownership of the videos going live on our channels, and your work will shape how SCALIS shows up to millions of job seekers and hiring teams.


What you'll do

  • Film and edit ~5 short-form vertical videos a week to be posted on our TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn accounts
  • Turn scripted concepts into scroll-stopping content hooks, transitions, trending sounds, captions. Create weekly video series that keeps a consistent branding.
  • Use a team Notion to organize, create and view content ideas
  • Film founder/CEO content in Miami (in-person, if you're local)

Who you are

  • Currently a freshman or sophomore at a South Florida college (FIU, UM, FAU, Nova, Miami Dade, Barry, etc.)

  • You already make content or have a personal brand, even if it's just for your own account. CapCut is muscle memory, and you understand why a hook has to land in the first 3 seconds
  • Terminally online enough to spot trends and jump on them before your feed catches up
  • Can commit ~15 hours a week around your class schedule
  • Based in South Florida (Miami strongly preferred so we can film founder content in person)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US no visa sponsorship available
