Fractional People Ops @ Fur

Fur is a body care brand redefining how we treat our skin and hair, from head to toe. We create clean, effective, and inclusive products that celebrate every body, and we’re looking for a People Ops partner who shares our commitment to care, transparency, and high-standard operations.

The Role

  • Start Date: March 2026
  • Compensation: $100 / hour (Contract)
  • Commitment: ~10 hours / week
  • Location: NYC-based (Preferred 1 day / week onsite)

As our Fractional People Ops Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and partner with the VP of Finance to serve as the "culture and compliance engine" of our team. This is a high-impact, part-time role for a professional who enjoys blending strategic HR design with hands-on execution.

The 4 Pillars of Responsibility

  • Talent & Lifecycle: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offers) and oversee the entire employee journey—from seamless Day 1 onboarding to quarterly performance reviews and offboarding.
  • HR Operations & Systems: Serve as the primary Rippling (HRIS) administrator. Partner with the VP of Finance to manage benefits enrollment, 401k administration, and jurisdictional legal compliance.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive the "pulse" of the company. Manage Slack celebrations, lead bi-annual engagement surveys, and own the logistics and agendas for team events, offsites, and All-Hands meetings.
  • Leadership & Facilities Support: Provide strategic insights to the CEO on org health. Act as onsite backup for facilities when needed and provide occasional support for CX (Customer Experience) during peak periods.

Who You Are

  • NYC-Based: You are available for in-person presence to facilitate events and provide facilities backup.
  • Rippling Proficient: You have prior experience managing an HRIS (ideally Rippling) and understand HR compliance.
  • Strategic & Tactical: You can oscillate easily between high-level goal-setting with leadership and the granular details of event planning.

Product Operations

$100k – $160k • 0.0% – 0.4%

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. As we scale product development, customer usage, and partner integrations, we need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to how product work actually ships.

This is a Product Operations role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution, turning priorities into plans and plans into shipped outcomes.

What you’ll do

Own prioritization and execution flow

  • Partner with founders and product leadership to prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints.
  • Translate high-level priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and timelines.
  • Support the engineering team by clarifying scope, sequencing work, and protecting focus.

Drive testing and delivery

  • Coordinate product testing, releases, and rollouts to ensure quality and readiness.
  • Manage dependencies, unblock teams, and keep work moving across functions.
  • Track progress and surface risks early — no surprises.

Be the connective tissue

  • Act as the operational bridge between product, engineering, GTM, and partners.
  • Turn customer, sales, and support feedback into clear, actionable inputs for the product team.
  • Ensure everyone knows what’s shipping, when, and why.

Partner setup and onboarding

  • Participate in the setup and onboarding of partners (pilots, early access programs).
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver smooth launches.
  • Document processes so partner onboarding becomes repeatable and scalable.

Project manage cross-functional initiatives

  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end (new features, launches, integrations).
  • Define success criteria, timelines, owners, and follow-ups.
  • Improve how we plan, execute, and learn from product work over time.

Who you are

  • Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or technical operations.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs (you don’t need to code, but you speak the language).
  • Strong at prioritization, planning, and execution: You bring order without slowing things down.
  • Clear, structured communicator who keeps teams aligned and moving.
  • Proactive and calm under pressure; you anticipate issues before they become problems.
  • Thrive in early-stage environments where processes are built, not inherited.

Bonus points

  • Experience working on B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products.
  • Exposure to partner integrations, APIs, or platform products.
  • Background in startups or fast-growing teams.

Why join

  • Be remembered as the person who made the product org work.
  • Work directly with founders and shape how product decisions get made.
  • High ownership across roadmap, execution, and partner delivery.
  • Opportunity to grow into Head of Product Ops, Program Management, or Product Leadership as the company scales.
  • Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high impact.

This role is for someone who loves turning ambition into execution,  and making sure the right things ship, the right way, at the right time.

SVP, Operations

Nova Sky Stories

Boulder, Colorado, United States

About this role:

The SVP, Operations will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping how Nova Sky Stories scales globally. This is a rare opportunity to lead the operational engine behind some of the world’s most ambitious drone light experiences — combining aviation precision, live event execution, cutting-edge technology, and creative storytelling at massive scale.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will oversee Production, Flight Operations, and Logistics globally, ensuring teams across the company operate in sync to deliver extraordinary experiences safely, efficiently, and flawlessly around the world.

This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and loves solving complex operational challenges alongside world-class creative, engineering, and production teams. One moment you may be helping scale systems for international expansion, and the next you may be backstage at a marquee production helping bring a once-in-a-lifetime experience to life.

At Nova, operations is not just about execution — it’s about building the future of a new entertainment medium.

As a SVP, Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute an integrated global operations strategy spanning Production, Logistics, and Flight Operations, aligned with Nova’s rapid growth trajectory and long-term vision.
  • Own the operational P&L across these functions, including budget development, forecasting, resource planning, and margin accountability.
  • Establish and continuously elevate the operational standards, systems, and safety frameworks that allow Nova to scale rapidly across new markets, show formats, and global productions.
  • Serve as a key executive leader contributing to company-wide strategy, international expansion, operational scalability, and capability development.
  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, speed, and continuous improvement across globally distributed operational teams.
  • Help shape what world-class operational excellence looks like within an emerging entertainment category.

Production Oversight

  • Lead the global Production organization, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across all show types — from touring productions and residencies to large-scale marquee events.
  • Build scalable production frameworks, operational playbooks, and resourcing models that support Nova’s continued global expansion.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Engineering, Flight Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure operational capabilities align with ambitious creative vision and client expectations.
  • Own financial governance, production forecasting, and operational accountability across the company’s growing production portfolio.
  • Maintain executive oversight of high-profile productions, key stakeholder relationships, and escalated operational matters.
  • Continuously improve production systems, workflows, and execution standards to increase efficiency, scalability, and show quality globally.

Flight Operations Oversight

  • Scale and support Nova’s global Flight Operations organization through leadership of the Director, Global Flight Operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and consistent execution across all operating regions.
  • Champion a proactive, deeply embedded safety culture that remains non-negotiable as the company scales.
  • Ensure operational readiness across equipment, certifications, deployment systems, field execution standards, and operational infrastructure globally.
  • Partner with Engineering and technical teams to help integrate new technologies, automation, and deployment innovations that keep Nova at the forefront of the industry.
  • Support the evolution of operational systems capable of scaling alongside increasingly complex global deployments and productions.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Serve as the connective tissue across Production, Logistics, and Flight Operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment throughout the full show lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Creative, Legal, and Commercial teams to translate company strategy into scalable operational execution.
  • Represent Nova in regulatory discussions, strategic partner conversations, industry forums, and key operational relationships globally.
  • Lead post-show review processes and operational retrospectives, driving systematic improvements across teams, workflows, and execution standards.
  • Bring clarity, alignment, and operational rigor to highly dynamic, fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly.

Team Development & Organization

  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional operational leaders and team members across Production, Flight Operations, and Logistics globally.
  • Build the organizational structures, leadership layers, and development frameworks required to scale operations alongside company growth.
  • Coach and mentor senior operational leaders, helping develop the next generation of leadership at Nova.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that balances accountability, creativity, operational discipline, and innovation.
  • Help build an organization that can scale globally without losing agility, speed, or execution quality.

You’ll need to have:

  • 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, including senior roles spanning event production or equivalent complex field operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of live event or entertainment production at scale, including client-facing and multi-market operations.
  • Proven ability to build and scale organizational systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks across distributed teams.
  • Executive-level financial acumen, including ownership of multi-million dollar budgets and operational P&Ls.
  • Exceptional leadership presence—able to inspire teams, build trust across functions, and represent Nova with clients, partners, and regulators.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and be present at live show operations.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Direct experience in drone light shows, aerial entertainment, or UAS operations.
  • Background spanning both technical/aviation and creative/entertainment disciplines.
  • Experience leading operations through a period of significant company scaling or international expansion.

What will make you successful:

You lead through clarity and calm, making sharp decisions under pressure while keeping teams aligned and motivated.

You hold both the strategic view and the operational detail simultaneously, knowing when to zoom out and when to get in the weeds.

You build systems that scale, not just for today's show, but for the company Nova is becoming.

You're equally at home in a boardroom, on a flight operations debrief, or on-site at a marquee event.

You bring genuine passion for aviation, live experiences, and the kind of work that stops people in their tracks.

Salary Range: $265,000 - $305,000 USD

At Nova Sky Stories, we're building something that has never existed before—and we want our team members to share in that journey. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Flexible PTO and paid sick leave
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company-paid holidays
  • Equity opportunities for eligible employees

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Narrative: The Case for HIVE and the Head of Operations Role

Micromobility is surging. Cities around the world are seeing exponential growth in e-scooter and bike usage, driven by demand for faster, cleaner, and more accessible transportation options. But this revolution comes with an overlooked risk: over 80% of all rides happen without a helmet.

That’s not just a statistic—it’s a public health crisis.

The reason for this helmet gap isn’t a lack of awareness; it’s a lack of access. Helmets are bulky. They’re expensive. And unless you carry one with you at all times, they're simply not there when you need them. The very spontaneity that makes micromobility compelling is also what makes it dangerous.

HIVE was built to solve that.

We’ve developed a lightweight, collapsible helmet that folds down to fit in a backpack—and doesn’t break the bank. It’s a product designed for the modern rider: portable, affordable, and ready wherever your ride begins.

But a great product isn’t enough. To bring HIVE to the world, we need to build the operational backbone that will support large-scale city deployment through our unique vending-driven distribution model. This means delivering a helmet experience that is seamless, stocked, and scalable.

We’re now looking for a Head of Operations to help lead that charge.

This person will be among the first key hires at HIVE, joining at a critical moment as we finalize product development and move into scaled market launch. They’ll own the end-to-end operational strategy—from project managing manufacturing and logistics, to building and overseeing our vending infrastructure in key cities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep operational instincts, experience navigating complex supply chains, and a passion for solving first-of-its-kind challenges.

If you're excited by the idea of bringing safety to the streets at scale—and doing it with a product that redefines how helmets show up in the world—then HIVE might be the ride you're looking for.

Revenue Operations, Senior Manager

Intelligems

New York, New York, United States

The Role
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the infrastructure that every customer-facing team at Intelligems runs on. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role. You'll own how we measure performance, how our revenue tools work, and how our GTM and Customer teams get the visibility they need to hit their numbers. Today, this work is spread thin across the team. You'll bring it under one roof and raise the bar by having a proactive point-of-view, with an overarching goal of systematically improving how every customer-facing team works.

This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and do the hands-on work, starting in HubSpot, and grow a small team of contractors underneath you over time. You'll report to our Head of Finance and partner with leaders across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline health, retention, expansion, and revenue performance
  • Own the tooling: Run HubSpot end-to-end as the hands-on admin, along with our marketing stack and Pylon. As the work grows, hire and manage contractors to handle day-to-day operations so the systems hum quietly in the background.
  • Design & implement the process layer: Lead CRM enhancements, system implementations, and process improvements that connect our tools and data end-to-end, so routing, handoffs, and workflows tie together and run cleanly across teams
  • Bring an AI lens to RevOps: Identify where AI and automation can uplevel our work, from forecasting and reporting to data hygiene and routine ops, and build those tools and workflows into how the team runs. This includes embedding AI directly into our core tooling, so our systems get smarter, not just bigger.
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership: Support planning cycles, including forecasting, headcount planning, compensation & quota plans, and operational performance review

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical chops: You're comfortable in the data, and can turn messy inputs into metrics people can trust.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience: Deep understanding of automation, workflow design, data structure, and reporting capabilities.
  • A systems thinker: You see how data, tools, and processes connect, and you design for the whole flow instead of patching one piece at a time.
  • AI-first in how you think: You instinctively look for where AI can do the work or uplevel it, with the judgment to know where it helps and where it doesn't.
  • Cross-functional by default: You influence XF teams without formal authority, and you frame everything in terms of revenue.
  • Low ego, high ownership: You're equally happy cleaning up a messy pipeline and presenting the forecast to the founders.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM systems, ideally earlier stage at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Track record owning HubSpot as the primary admin
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows, including Claude, and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency and execution
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS GTM metrics and comfort across a modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau)
  • Nice to have: Experience managing contractors or a small team is a plus
