About SCALIS

SCALIS is the first AI-native, end-to-end recruiting and ATS and CRM platform. Our whole reason for existing is that hiring sucks, and we're fixing it. Our AI recruiting agent Bella handles sourcing, scheduling, interviews, and analytics for companies like Bandwidth, PrimePay, and Fountain.

Now we're leveling up how we show up on social media, and we want a Gen Z creator on the team to make sure our content actually belongs on your For You Page.

The role

This Role is Hybrid, mostly remote but you may need to film content in Miami of our founder/CEO. You'll produce short-form video content for our TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, around 5 videos a week. Our social media managers write the scripts and set the topics; you bring them to life. Some content is founder-led (filming our CEO Brandon in Miami), and some you'll shoot and edit on your own.

You'll have direct ownership of the videos going live on our channels, and your work will shape how SCALIS shows up to millions of job seekers and hiring teams.

What you'll do

  • Film and edit ~5 short-form vertical videos a week to be posted on our TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn accounts
  • Turn scripted concepts into scroll-stopping content hooks, transitions, trending sounds, captions. Create weekly video series that keeps a consistent branding.
  • Use a team Notion to organize, create and view content ideas
  • Film founder/CEO content in Miami (in-person, if you're local)
  • Own the posting cadence and hit weekly content goals
  • Learn our ICP and get sharper on what actually resonates with them
  • Bring trend ideas and formats back to the team
  • Know exactly what's trending online for Gen Z and the hiring world.
  • Post consistently on your personal LinkedIn account to understand personal branding & start up culture.
  • Learn AI content workflows

Who you are

  • Currently a freshman or sophomore at a South Florida college (FIU, UM, FAU, Nova, Miami Dade, Barry, etc.)
  • Marketing, communications, digital media, or social media–adjacent major
  • You already make content or have a personal brand, even if it's just for your own account. CapCut is muscle memory, and you understand why a hook has to land in the first 3 seconds
  • Terminally online enough to spot trends and jump on them before your feed catches up
  • Can commit ~15 hours a week around your class schedule
  • Based in South Florida (Miami strongly preferred so we can film founder content in person)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US no visa sponsorship available

Nice-to-have (not required)

  • Experience with professional filming equipment (mics, lighting, gimbals)
  • Advanced editing chops (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci)
  • Existing personal social presence with actual engagement
  • Comfort using AI tools in your content workflow

What you'll get

  • Course credit eligible we'll work with your school on the paperwork since this role is un-paid and for entry level canidates only
  • Direct mentorship from our social media managers, plus coaching from our Head of Social on strategy, editing, and AI-powered content workflows
  • Real access to leadership you'll be in the room (and on camera) with our CEO and other execs regularly
  • A LinkedIn recommendation from leadership at the end of your internship
  • Portfolio content that actually matters real brand work with real reach, not class projects
  • Path to a full-time role top performers will be evaluated for a paid role after the 6 months

How to apply

Apply through SCALIS and include a link to your personal social media (TikTok or IG) or a portfolio of short-form content you've made. Private account? Send a Google Drive folder, URL portfolio or a public account you've worked on in the past.

Applications without any link to your work won't move forward. This is a video role, we need to see what you can make.

Electrical Engineer: Power Systems

Voya Energy

Hayward, California, United States

Voya Energy is commercializing a groundbreaking metal-based fuel to rapidly deploy reliable, clean, affordable electricity anywhere on Earth.

Our breakthrough technology allows us to convert abundant, high-energy, recycled metals into a powerful, safe, durable fuel. We are also creating a foundational new category of energy generation devices, delivering fast access to power - free from the limitations of the grid.

We are assembling a highly-experienced team of visionary founders, tenacious researchers, multi-disciplinary first principles engineers, battle-tested operators and world-class investors to deliver on Voya’s ambitious mission.

Join us in fueling our electric future.

Position Summary

Voya Energy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Systems Engineer to take ownership of the design, build, and test of the power system architecture essential to the development and scaling of our metal-fueled generator technology. You will be responsible for the architecture that manages power flow between the generator, the battery storage, the local load, and the utility grid—including a switching solution that allows the grid to take over the load seamlessly when desired. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach based on engineering first principles and industry experience, a deep understanding of hybrid inverters and converters, and demonstrated experience in bringing hardware (components, sub-assemblies, top-level assemblies) through a complete workflow: conceptual trades/design, performance prediction/analysis, development testing iteration and eventually to production. Collaboration with mechanical, fluids, automation, data and controls is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Development: Design and bring up the Hybrid Inverter, converter, switches and battery management system architectures with a focus on speed-to-prototype.
  • Load & Grid Management: Design the switching logic and hardware to allow the onsite AC load to be powered by either the hybrid system or the grid.
  • Intelligent Power Flow: Build the "charge-and-switch" logic, ensuring the system can buffer energy from the generator and manage the transition between battery, generator, and grid power.
  • Practical Architecture: Source components from multiple vendors to avoid long lead times. You prefer "available now" over "perfect in six months."
  • Hardware-Mechanical Synergy: Use your mechanical aptitude to ensure electronics fit physical constraints, accounting for thermal management and ruggedized packaging.
  • Small Team Collaboration: Thrive in a tight-knit environment where you help define requirements for software and mechanical peers to move the whole project forward. Directly support design, test readiness and test data reviews.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and perform development testing for verification and validation of assemblies.
  • Create and maintain system electrical schematics.
  • Adhere to relevant safety standards.
  • Document assembly and operating procedures for new equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience in system-level power electronics.
  • Direct experience with High Power (25-250kW) Hybrid Inverters and DC-DC conversion.
  • Familiarity with AC switching/transfer logic and protection coordination.
  • Ability to perform "worst-case" analysis and simulations (SPICE/PLECS) to ensure design robustness.
  • Proficiency in PCB layout with a focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer (or similar) with specific experience in high-current/high-voltage layout.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, or Creo). Demonstrated experience working in PDM and/or PLM environments.
  • Expert-level use of PLECS, PSIM, or MATLAB/Simulink to simulate power stages and control loops before building hardware.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UL 1741 and IEEE 1547.
  • Hands-on experience with heat sink sizing, fan selection, and thermal interface materials to keep the system stable under load and operating environment requirements.
  • Demonstrated firmware experience, specifically C/C++ for microcontrollers to ensure the hardware and software are aligned.
  • Experience with development testing, failure analysis, and debugging complex systems. The successful candidate will own and drive documentation and configuration management.
  • Comfortable working in an environment based on accountability: scope, schedule, budget, 2-way feedback and collaboration.
  • Familiar with modern engineering collaboration toolsets: Confluence,, Slack, Asana, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience reading electrical schematics/drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Hands-on and biased towards action.

Location: Hayward, CA. Full-time on-site.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan

GTM Engineer

Occupier

Toronto, Ontario, Canada • Toronto, Ontario, Canada
4 months ago

Job Summary:

We're building the blueprint for modern go-to-market at Occupier. We are seeking our first dedicated GTM Engineer—an individual who will own the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Product. Currently, these functions operate with disparate systems and incomplete orchestration—each is well-run, but they are not wired together in ways that allow us to reach our full potential. Your mission will be to architect an AI-first revenue supply chain where every decision point—from account identification to deal closure to expansion—is informed by intelligence, optimized by automation, and freed from busywork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and operate account identification workflows that source, score, and rank prospects by fit and readiness at scale.
  • Build multi-signal company scoring models that weight firmographic data, intent signals, product usage (for existing customers), and behavioral indicators.
  • Implement contact-level scoring that identifies key decision-makers, influencers, and blockers within target accounts.
  • Create feedback loops where rep activity and deal outcomes continuously improve scoring accuracy and account prioritization.
  • Own the waterfall enrichment pipelines across data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to ensure coverage and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Operations, or a closely related technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert-level HubSpot skills: you've built complex workflows, designed data models, and solved real operational problems.
  • Deep Clay experience: you've built multi-step enrichment workflows and understand how to operationalize data pipelines at scale.
  • Comfortable writing code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate and integrate.
  • Data-first mindset: you think in unit economics, CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution before you think in features or tools.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation in the range of $110,000 - $120,000 CAD.
  • Equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
  • Flexible hybrid work environment in Toronto, fostering both deep focus and collaborative efforts.
  • Culture that values intellectual curiosity, edge-finding, and results-driven work.

Why Occupier:

As the first GTM Engineer, you will have greenfield ownership of the entire revenue supply chain. You will collaborate with a Chief Revenue Officer who is a strategic partner in designing the architecture. Your work will ship fast and have immediate impact in a growth-stage company with startup velocity. Join us to create a blueprint for modern go-to-market and be part of a culture that emphasizes results over politics.

About Bold Business

Bold Business is an AI-first U.S. based global workforce solutions company rebuilding how businesses operate in the AI era. We build AI-Amplified Talent™, custom AI agents, and automation systems for clients like AT&T, JP Morgan, and Verizon — and we back every engagement. If you want to build things that ship and matter, you'll fit right in.

The Role

You are the technical standard-setter and primary builder for how AI systems are designed, built, and shipped at Bold.

You will:

  • Architect systems
  • Build them yourself
  • Set the bar for everyone else

If you haven’t personally shipped production AI systems end-to-end, this role will not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

Build Real Systems

  • Design and ship production RAG pipelines (end-to-end)
  • Build multi-agent systems used by real clients
  • Integrate LLMs into production workflows (not prototypes)
  • Own backend systems (FastAPI, multi-tenant, secure)
  • Deploy with Docker + CI/CD + cloud
  • Measure and improve output quality before anything ships

Set the Standard

  • Define how AI systems are built at Bold
  • Establish architecture patterns, prompting standards, and data flows
  • Own code quality and reviews — nothing ships without your approval
  • Choose tools, frameworks, and infrastructure
  • Mentor engineers and raise the performance bar across the team

Non-Negotiable Requirements

English communication — non-negotiable

  • Advanced to fluent English — written and spoken
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders: clients, founders, business owners
  • Professional written communication across emails, Slack, documentation, and status updates
  • Comfortable on video calls and async communication with a U.S.-based team

RAG (This Defines the Role)

  • You have shipped 2+ production RAG systems (not demos)
  • You can explain every decision (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking)
  • You’ve worked with vector databases in production
  • You’ve debugged real issues (hallucination, low recall, bad retrieval)
  • You’ve built multi-tenant systems with clean data separation
  • You know how to measure and improve output quality

Core Engineering

  • 5+ years Python in production
  • 3+ years building AI/LLM systems used by real users
  • LangChain / LangGraph in production (not tutorials)
  • Experience designing multi-agent systems
  • Strong backend experience (FastAPI or equivalent)
  • Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment
  • Security fundamentals (auth, secrets, isolation)
  • Strong written English (clear, direct, professional)
  • Proven ability to set and enforce engineering standards

Strong Signals (Highly Valued)

  • LlamaIndex, hybrid search, or re-ranking models
  • RAG over complex data (PDFs, tables, images)
  • Open-source LLMs (Ollama, vLLM)
  • MLOps, evaluation, monitoring
  • Voice AI pipelines
  • Experience leading technical direction for a team
  • Client-facing delivery experience

Who You Are

  • You build and think in systems, not just features
  • You don’t wait to be unblocked — you solve it
  • You care about clean, scalable systems in production
  • You can explain complex systems simply
  • You push standards higher, even when it’s uncomfortable

Experience: 5–8 years
Proof: Live systems with real users (required)

How We Evaluate You

We will ask you to:

  • Walk through a system you built in detail
  • Explain your architectural decisions
  • Build a working RAG pipeline
  • Show how you think, not just what you know

VP AI Strategy Lead

Glocap

Location:

New York, NY (5 days per week)

Experience:

7–10+ Years (Investment Banking VP+ / Credit Investor)

The Mission:

Our client’s product is a competitive advantage for the world’s leading financial institutions. As the AI Strategy Lead, you are embedded within Tier 1 private equity firms, credit funds, and banks to transform complex workflows, including diligence, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring.

The Role: A Hybrid Powerhouse:

This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of GTM Strategy, Product Development, and Senior Relationship Management. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM capabilities and the high-stakes reality of institutional finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Deployment & Advisory: Serve as the primary AI Advisor to senior stakeholders, leading the "land-and-expand" strategy and ensuring our client’s solution becomes essential to their investment teams.
  • Workflow Re-Engineering: Become a deep SME in our client’s platform to deconstruct and automate document-heavy workflows (e.g., credit agreements, lease abstractions, waterfall analyses, and complex Diligence Q&A).
  • Commercial Edge: Drive measurable value creation that translates into account expansion. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, transforming initial pilots into enterprise-wide deployments through revenue-backed growth initiatives.
  • Product Interlock: Serve as the "voice of the industry" for our engineering team. You will translate the nuanced needs of a Credit Investor or VP Banker into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring our LLMs (GPT, Gemini) are optimized for financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Scaling the Craft: Define and enhance the internal playbooks for the AI Strategy team. As a Lead, you will help build the systems and processes that enable our client to scale from supporting $10T in AUM to the entire global market.

Who You Are:

  • The Industry Veteran: You have 7–10 years of experience as a VP+ in Investment Banking or a Credit Investor at a top-tier fund. You have "lived" the manual drain of document-heavy workflows and are obsessed with fixing them.
  • Technical Polymath: You don’t just use AI; you understand it. You’ve tested, built, or researched LLM applications and can move seamlessly between talking "yield" with a PM and "context windows" with an engineer.
  • Executive Polish: You possess a credible presence with senior financial stakeholders. You can command a room of Partners, but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to map out a messy workflow in the weeds.
  • Unstructured Operator: You thrive in high-intensity, "unstructured" environments. You don't need a manual; you write the manual. You move with speed, conviction, and a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Law).
  • Experience: Proven track record of outperformance in high-pressure, client-facing roles (PE, IB, Private Credit, or Consulting).
  • Tooling: Comfort with leading LLM models and a desire to become an expert in applied AI.
  • Bonus: Technical startup or founder experience; history of building scalable systems from scratch.
