Core Duties

We are looking for a Product Developer to own the end-to-end jewelry development process at PAVOI. This is not a support role. You will run the development calendar, brief and manage contract designers, make first-pass costing and sample decisions independently, and keep the pipeline moving from brief to production-ready. You will work closely with our Production Coordinator and report directly to our Head of Product, but the expectation is clear: decisions live with you, escalations come with a recommendation, and leadership is informed, not consulted on routine calls. What you'll do:

We are seeking a Principal Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to evolve our internal developer platform, build tools that empower the broader engineering team, and contribute directly to feature development as a core software engineer.

In this role, you will streamline the software development lifecycle by obsessing over the end-to-end developer experience, diving into dev container optimizations, task runners, agent integrations, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines. You will directly benefit from these improvements yourself as an owner and builder of core platform components. Alongside improving developer velocity, you will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments. Key Responsibilities:
