REQUIREMENTS

  • Active NMLS license (required)
  • State licensing in one or more of our 29 licensed states
  • Ability to self-source business (or commitment to building that capability)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset β€” you run your business, we run the platform
  • Willingness to bring or build a referral network
  • 2 years experience as an LO
  • Ideally written 12+ loans in the last 12 calendar months
