REQUIREMENTS
- Active NMLS license (required)
- State licensing in one or more of our 29 licensed states
- Ability to self-source business (or commitment to building that capability)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — you run your business, we run the platform
- Willingness to bring or build a referral network
- 2 years experience as an LO
- Ideally written 12+ loans in the last 12 calendar months
