SCALIS is building the future of hiring with AI, and we’re looking for ambitious students to join our sales team.
This is not your typical internship. You’ll work directly with startup founders and learn how modern B2B sales actually works while helping grow one of the fastest-growing AI recruiting platforms.


As a Growth & Sales Development Intern, you’ll learn how to identify potential customers, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate opportunities for our sales team through LinkedIn and email outreach.
No sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are hungry, coachable, and excited to learn.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and startup growth
  • Research companies and identify potential customers
  • Connect with recruiters, HR leaders, and founders through LinkedIn and email
  • Book qualified demos for the SCALIS team
  • Track outreach and relationships in our CRM
  • Learn how AI is transforming recruiting and hiring
