Our client, an AI-native security platform, is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join its Finance & Operations team.

This is a high-impact role for a quantitative, first-principles thinker—ideally with a background in consulting or investment banking—who thrives in ambiguity and can operate cross-functionally with minimal direction. You'll act as a key connector across the business, helping the company scale efficiently during a critical growth phase.

What you'll do:

• Lead the rollout and optimization of a usage-based pricing model, from sales enablement to customer feedback
• Own monthly financials and board reporting, surfacing insights for leadership
• Partner with GTM teams to build pipeline models and evaluate marketing ROI
• Drive key operational initiatives (e.g., ISO compliance, vendor transitions)
• Analyze unit economics and monitor cost-to-serve across products

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience across BizOps, strategy, consulting, or investment banking
• Background at a top-tier firm (e.g., MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone)
• Experience operating in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
• Familiarity with GTM metrics and efficiency
• High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Degree from a top-tier university
