The Firm: Data-Driven, Real-Asset Focused

Stronghold Investment Management ("Stronghold," "SIM," or "the Firm") is a technology-driven, vertically integrated investment manager focused on real-assets and related private markets. Stronghold seeks to deliver best-in-class risk-adjusted returns through an investment framework that features comparatively rapid transaction velocity, deep technical expertise, creative financial structuring, and objective and algorithmic decision making.

Stronghold was founded by Ryan Turner in 2016 and has deployed over $1.6 billion in capital across 10+ investment vehicles. Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including:

  • Oil & Gas
  • Renewables
  • Specialty Real Estate (commercial, datacenters, marinas)
  • Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure
  • Billboards and Fixtures
  • Mining & other commodities
  • Utilities
  • Secondaries

Your Mission

Stronghold is growing, and we're searching for a talented GIS Manager to lead and expand our geospatial capabilities. In this role, you'll own the strategy, standards, and execution of GIS operations across a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team — while remaining a hands-on contributor yourself. The ideal candidate brings both the technical depth to do the work and the leadership instincts to build the function. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, can balance big-picture thinking with detail-level quality, and are energized by building something that matters from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities – What You'll Own

  • GIS Function Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing GIS team, establishing workflows, quality standards, and capacity planning to support Land, Engineering, and Geological teams across multiple U.S. basins.
  • Hands-On Geospatial Delivery: Remain an active contributor — producing and QC'ing maps, conducting spatial analysis, and stepping in on complex or high-priority deliverables alongside your team.
  • Analytical Oversight: Direct and perform analysis of horizontal wellbores and drilling units to determine participation using acreage allocation and lateral length allocation methods.
  • Standards and Governance: Own coordinate system standards, spatial accuracy protocols, QC processes, and documentation — ensuring consistency and reliability across all geospatial outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with and communicate across multiple disciplines including Land, Engineering, and Geology to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Intelligence: Research, interpret, and apply state-specific oil and gas regulations, spacing rules, and unitization requirements — and ensure your team is equipped to do the same.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee the maintenance and ongoing accuracy of the land grid, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved systematically.

Qualifications – What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8+ years of GIS experience
  • Deep proficiency with the ArcGIS suite and related products.
  • A hands-on approach — comfortable setting direction at the team level and diving deep into the technical details when the work demands it.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical geospatial concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Previous experience supporting Land teams in the upstream Oil and Gas sector is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with property legal terminology, including Deed plot and the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
  • Experience building or scaling a GIS function — not just contributing to one.
  • A player-coach mentality: you lead by doing, not just directing.

Product Manager

Reflow

United States

Product Manager

$120k – $200k • 0.0% – 0.4%

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re at a stage where product decisions, execution, and delivery are inseparable — which means this role owns what we build, why we build it, and how it actually ships.

We’re looking for a founding Product Manager who can operate end-to-end: product strategy, prioritization, execution, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built in very early-stage environments and thrives without guardrails.

What you’ll do

Own product direction and outcomes:

  • Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization — making tradeoffs across customer value, speed, and technical constraints.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.
  • Be accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.

Run product execution and operations:

  • Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.
  • Manage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.
  • Own release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.

Be deeply hands-on:

  • Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review builds, test flows, and iterate with engineers in real time.
  • Make fast calls when things are unclear or breaking.

Stay close to customers and partners:

  • Talk to customers constantly: discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.
  • Translate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.
  • Support partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations when needed.

Build early product systems:

  • Establish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.
  • Create lightweight processes that increase speed, not bureaucracy.
  • Document decisions and patterns so the product can scale.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in a very early-stage startup.
  • Former founder, founding PM, or first/early product hire is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • Comfortable owning execution details, not delegating them away.
  • Strong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.
  • Bias toward action, clarity, and momentum.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.
  • Technical background or deep technical fluency.
  • Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features.

Why join Reflow

  • Founding-level ownership over product and execution.
  • Direct access to founders and customers, zero layers.
  • Real influence over product direction, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Opportunity to grow into Head of Product as the company scales.
  • Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.

This is a role for someone who wants to build the product, not manage around it — and who’s excited to do so in a true early-stage startup.

Senior Implementation Manager

Fountain

San Francisco, California, United States

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for setting customers up for long-term success on Fountain by managing the implementation process for customers across Fountain's growing suite of products.

As the primary point of contact post-sale and pre-customer success, you will drive adoption and customer value by managing overall project delivery, including system configuration, QA, setup, and customer education.

To be successful in this role, you should be organized and process-driven, communicate clearly with non-technical audiences, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with sales to define project scope and ensure a seamless customer experience from post-sale through go-live
  • Own customer relationships through implementation (post-sale / pre-account management), collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to define implementation strategy and business goals
  • Carry out implementation projects end-to-end for small enterprise and mid-market customers, with a focus on speed to value
  • Serve as a product expert, leveraging Fountain software in the most efficient ways to teach and support customers
  • Complete virtual consultations and configuration walkthroughs; support customer rollouts and user training
  • Perform standard data migrations and CSV imports/exports across common HR tech platforms (ATS, CRM, HRIS)
  • Develop a working understanding of HR and recruiting workflows, including familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate project documentation, generate status updates, summarize customer meetings, and manage workstream visibility across concurrent implementations

How We Use AI on This Team

At Fountain, we believe AI is a force multiplier for implementation teams. Implementation Managers are expected to actively use AI tools to work smarter, not just faster.

Here is what that looks like in practice:

  • Meeting efficiency: Use AI to transcribe, summarize, and extract action items from customer and internal calls, reducing manual note-taking and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Project documentation: Draft status reports, implementation plans, and stakeholder updates with AI assistance, then refine for accuracy and tone before distributing
  • Customer communication: Use AI to draft initial versions of follow-up emails, kickoff agendas, and go-live checklists, keeping communication loops tight without sacrificing quality
  • Technical problem-solving: Leverage AI to research configuration questions, draft setup documentation, and prepare for customer training sessions
  • Knowledge management: Use AI to help maintain and improve playbooks, ensuring implementation documentation stays current as Fountain's product suite evolves

Comfort with AI-assisted workflows is expected. Experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar platforms is a plus.

What You Should Bring

  • Solid understanding of the HR space, including hiring and workforce management concepts
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role; e.g., implementation, project management, professional services, or consulting
  • Experience with HR tech platforms such as an ATS, CRM, or HRIS
  • Proven track record managing mid-market customer engagements end-to-end, with a focus on delivering value quickly and predictably
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and ticketing systems (e.g. Intercom, Linear)
  • Strong time management skills; able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with customers to research business processes, diagnose software issues, and translate requirements into configuration decisions
  • Working knowledge of system integrations and ability to explain data flows clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Ability to travel onsite for customer kickoff meetings (typically 1-2 times per quarter)

Nice to Have

  • PMP, Agile, SHRM, PHR, or related certifications
  • Familiarity with mid-market or enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling, ADP, BambooHR, UKG, Workday)
  • Workato, Zapier, or similar integration middleware experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar)

Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000K USD + bonus, depending on location and experience.
