Job Summary:
As a Strategic Account Executive (SaaS & Solutions), you will be the primary driver for net-new and expansion revenue across our enterprise portfolio. You will evangelize a sophisticated product ecosystem that includes our proprietary Tag Inspector platform, our Ignite data activation suite, and our premier Google Marketing Platform (GMP) partnership. This is a high-impact, consultative "hunter" role designed for a professional who can navigate the intersection of AdTech and MarTech to solve complex data challenges for Fortune 500 customers.
- Reports to: Director of Sales
- Full-time
- US based remote, or hybrid/in-person in Cincinnati, Ohio
About Us:
InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned leader in the digital analytics and privacy-tech space. We build and consult on the architectures that power data-driven marketing for the world’s largest brands. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, and continuous growth—values that have earned us the #1 "Best Place to Work" recognition in Ohio and multiple global "Great Place to Work" certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Full-Suite Revenue Growth: Exceed annual $2 million targets by selling our three core pillars: Proprietary SaaS (Tag Inspector/Ignite), Media Platform reselling (SA360, DV360, CM360), and specialized MarTech/AdTech solutions.
- Consultative SaaS Evangelism: Act as a subject matter expert on InfoTrust’s in-house built solutions, including our tag governance platform and upcoming unreleased products, positioning them as essential for modern privacy-centric data collection.
- Leverage Strategic Partnerships: Maximize our Premier Google Partnership to provide customers with platform licensing and media enablement solutions that optimize their return on ad spend.
- Navigate Complex Ecosystems: Consult with customers across the entire data lifecycle—from Data Collection Foundations (Server-Side, CMP) to Data Activation (Predictive Modeling, Marketing Data Warehouses).
- Product-Led Sales Strategy: Partner with our DS&A (Data Strategy & Analytics) and Product teams to translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps for our proprietary software.
- Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a high-velocity, multi-million dollar pipeline in Salesforce with rigorous accuracy in forecasting and deal-stage management.
Required Qualifications:
- AdTech/MarTech Expertise: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically familiar with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar enterprise stacks (Adobe, Tealium, OneTrust).
- Solution Architect Skills: You excel at selling "Foundations" and "Foundry" style solutions, moving customers from basic data collection to advanced marketing data strategies.
- Hunter Mentality: You possess an intrinsic drive to discover new logos and are comfortable selling proprietary technical products alongside global platform licenses.
- Technical Storytelling: You can demystify complex concepts—like Server-Side Implementation or Revenue Attribution—for both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Quantitative Drive: You have a documented history of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in a product-led or high-growth environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Direct experience selling Tag Inspector or similar tag governance/privacy compliance tools.
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP) and BigQuery integration strategies.
- Vertical expertise in CPG, Retail/E-commerce, or Finance.
You Shouldn’t Apply If:
- You are looking for a traditional "service-only" agency role; we are a product-focused organization where your success is tied to our proprietary solutions.
- You prefer a high-volume, transactional "small-ticket" sales environment; we focus on high-impact, multi-faceted enterprise solutions.
Logistics:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Travel: Up to 15-20% (typically 1-2 trips per quarter to visit customers or attend major industry events).
- Location: You can work from our Cincinnati offices, or 100% remotely within the US: preference will be given to candidates located in Ohio or specifically in AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI, NC, OH, PA, TX, VA.
Why Work Here?
At InfoTrust, we are building the benchmark for trust and transparency in digital media. Our Core Values aren't just posters on the wall; they are how we operate:
- Earn Trust: Deliver on what you promise.
- Be Respectful: Don't be an a**hole.
- Promote Diversity: Seek understanding and be inclusive.
- Take Ownership: There is no "they.” Take initiative.
- Grow Every Day: Learn and apply.
- Contribute With Passion: Desire to do good. Give to grow.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive "Total Rewards" package: employer-sponsored health/vision/dental premiums, flexible work, unlimited PTO, a 401k match, and a generous parental leave program.
Diversity & Inclusion:
InfoTrust is an equal opportunity employer. We know that diverse teams are stronger teams. Studies show that underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every single qualification. We value your unique perspective—if you’re excited about this role and our solutions, we want to hear from you.

- A strong problem-solver with analytical thinking and data fluency
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experienced with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflows

Technical & Core Requirements:
- Practical experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulation

Bold Business is an AI-first U.S. based global workforce solutions company rebuilding how businesses operate in the AI era. We build AI-Amplified Talent™, custom AI agents, and automation systems for clients like AT&T, JP Morgan, and Verizon — and we back every engagement. If you want to build things that ship and matter, you'll fit right in.
The Role
You are the technical standard-setter and primary builder for how AI systems are designed, built, and shipped at Bold.
You will:
- Architect systems
- Build them yourself
- Set the bar for everyone else
If you haven’t personally shipped production AI systems end-to-end, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Do
Build Real Systems
- Design and ship production RAG pipelines (end-to-end)
- Build multi-agent systems used by real clients
- Integrate LLMs into production workflows (not prototypes)
- Own backend systems (FastAPI, multi-tenant, secure)
- Deploy with Docker + CI/CD + cloud
- Measure and improve output quality before anything ships
Set the Standard
- Define how AI systems are built at Bold
- Establish architecture patterns, prompting standards, and data flows
- Own code quality and reviews — nothing ships without your approval
- Choose tools, frameworks, and infrastructure
- Mentor engineers and raise the performance bar across the team
Non-Negotiable Requirements
English communication — non-negotiable
- Advanced to fluent English — written and spoken
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders: clients, founders, business owners
- Professional written communication across emails, Slack, documentation, and status updates
- Comfortable on video calls and async communication with a U.S.-based team
RAG (This Defines the Role)
- You have shipped 2+ production RAG systems (not demos)
- You can explain every decision (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking)
- You’ve worked with vector databases in production
- You’ve debugged real issues (hallucination, low recall, bad retrieval)
- You’ve built multi-tenant systems with clean data separation
- You know how to measure and improve output quality
Core Engineering
- 5+ years Python in production
- 3+ years building AI/LLM systems used by real users
- LangChain / LangGraph in production (not tutorials)
- Experience designing multi-agent systems
- Strong backend experience (FastAPI or equivalent)
- Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment
- Security fundamentals (auth, secrets, isolation)
- Strong written English (clear, direct, professional)
- Proven ability to set and enforce engineering standards
Strong Signals (Highly Valued)
- LlamaIndex, hybrid search, or re-ranking models
- RAG over complex data (PDFs, tables, images)
- Open-source LLMs (Ollama, vLLM)
- MLOps, evaluation, monitoring
- Voice AI pipelines
- Experience leading technical direction for a team
- Client-facing delivery experience
Who You Are
- You build and think in systems, not just features
- You don’t wait to be unblocked — you solve it
- You care about clean, scalable systems in production
- You can explain complex systems simply
- You push standards higher, even when it’s uncomfortable
Experience: 5–8 years
Proof: Live systems with real users (required)
How We Evaluate You
We will ask you to:
- Walk through a system you built in detail
- Explain your architectural decisions
- Build a working RAG pipeline
- Show how you think, not just what you know

Job Overview
Are you a naturally curious human who looks at a company and instantly wonders, "Who signs the checks there, and how can I get them on the phone?" Do you get a little dopamine hit every time a calendar invite gets accepted? If so, we want you.
We are seeking a hungry, self-motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Latin America to join our team. This isn’t a robotic, "smile-and-dial" 100-calls-a-day grind—we care about results, not just vanity metrics. You will be a master of pipeline building, a premium internet detective, and an AI wizard. In fact, we expect you to use AI tools so effectively that you clone your output, making your single-person effort look like an entire 3-person army.
If you are obsessed with hunting down leads, love the thrill of the chase, and want to learn how to scale your sales output using cutting-edge technology, your desk is waiting. (Metaphorically. It’s remote. It’s your own desk).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep, strategic research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers. You should know their pain points before they even realize they have them.
- Generate high-quality outbound leads and qualified meetings through a calculated mix of cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Dial with purpose. Your primary goal is to spark engaging conversations, shatter through gatekeepers, and get prospects genuinely excited to book a call with our team.
- Utilize modern AI tools to automate lead enrichment, streamline your outreach, personalize templates at scale, and maximize your efficiency. If a robot can do the boring data entry, let it, so you can focus on the human art of closing the meeting.
- Manage your daily outreach pipeline ruthlessly. We don't judge your success by how busy you look, but by how many high-value sales meetings are landing on the calendar.
- Keep our CRM cleaner than a five-star hotel room—tracking data, measuring what works, and iterating fast.
- Partner closely with Account Executives, passing the baton smoothly with the critical context needed to make closing easier.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, BDR/SDR roles, or customer-facing positions.
- Flawless English (Written & Verbal): You will be chatting with global prospects, so your English needs to be sharp, persuasive, and confident. (Native or fluent Spanish/Portuguese is a given!).
- Intellectual Curiosity: You actually enjoy learning about business models, industry trends, and what makes a corporate executive tick. You ask "why" and "what if."
- Tech-Savvy & AI-Friendly: You don’t fear ChatGPT or Claude; you treat them like your personal interns. Experience with modern sales tech (CRMs like Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or prospecting tools like Clay/Apollo/Lavender) is a massive plus.
- Resilient Mindset: Rejection doesn't ruin your day. You view a "No" as data—simply one step closer to the next "Yes."
- Workspace: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services.
- Familiarity with LATAM business culture and buying behaviors.
- Previous remote work experience with U.S.-based or international teams.
What We Offer
- Competitive base + commission—we reward the hungry.
- Remote-first flexibility—work from Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Mexico City, or wherever you do your best work.
- AI-forward stack—we invest in tools that make you faster and smarter, not busier.
- Clear growth path—crush your metrics here, and there's a clear trajectory to move up into AE, leadership, or specialized global roles.

Calibratr is an AI-native embedded recruiting firm. We embed full recruiting pods inside fast-scaling seed to Series B AI startups, with a focus on AI in healthcare, and run hiring end to end: sourcing, screening, calibration, and close. We hire on proof of work, not resumes, and calibrate to a founder’s real bar instead of a keyword list.
Our stack pairs experienced recruiters with an AI-native sourcing and evaluation workflow, so a small team moves at the speed our clients need.
About the Role
Own and scale Calibratr’s sourcing function across every client engagement. This is a player-coach role: you run high-bar searches yourself and build the team, tooling, and quality bar that let a small pod out-source firms ten times our size.
What you’ll own
- Set the hiring thesis for each role alongside the recruiter and hiring manager: the actual problem the role solves and where that person works today, not a mirror of the job description.
- Run and oversee evidence-based sourcing across our client book, building shortlists against tight specs (stage, stack, geo) with candidate rationale a founder can act on.
- Own our AI-native sourcing workflow (Claude, Exa, Ashby, AI sourcing tools) and keep improving it: search strings, scoring, dedup, and calibration loops against real client feedback.
- Hold the quality bar: enforce proof-of-work scoring, our client-exclusion and no-duplicate rules, and verbatim-source discipline so nothing goes out half-checked.
- Hire, train, and QA a bench of contract sourcers, calibrate them fast, and keep the bar consistent across everyone.
- Own the sourcing scoreboard: shortlist-to-screen-pass rate, volume, and turnaround per client, and report it weekly.
You’re a fit if
- You’ve personally sourced senior and staff-level roles (engineering, AI/ML, GTM), not just run high-volume pipelines.
- You can read a technical spec and tell the difference between “worked somewhere that uses X” and “built the thing.”
- You’ve managed or trained other sourcers and can hold a calibration bar across a team.
- You’re fluent with AI-native sourcing tools, or you pick up new tools fast and have real opinions about how to use them well.
- You write clearly. Your candidate rationale goes straight to founders.
- You default to high agency: you unblock yourself, flag a bad spec early, and don’t wait to be told.
Bonus
- You’ve sourced in AI or healthcare talent markets (HIPAA/FHIR, clinical, applied AI and agents, MLE).
- You’ve built or heavily used LLM workflows for sourcing or candidate evaluation.
How we work: Remote-first, US hours. Small team, direct access to founders, fast feedback.
