The Relationship Manager owns CoAd’s highest-value client relationships directly — named-account retention and executive-level engagement for clients at or above the enterprise threshold ($100K+ revenue and 150+ WSE). This is an individual-contributor role built for depth, not breadth: a smaller number of large, complex accounts, each requiring the kind of executive relationship and strategic account planning that separates premium clients.
The Relationship Manager reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Relationship Management & Revenue Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Named-Account Ownership
• Own retention for an assigned portfolio of enterprise-tier client relationships, with primary accountability for named-account retention and executive relationship health score.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within each named account — CoAd needs a credible senior counterpart to the client’s own decision-makers.
• Personally engage on any account showing risk signals well ahead of renewal.
• Develop proactive cadence of communication and is primary first contact for assigned clients
Retention & Renewal
• Own the renewal strategy and forecast for the named-account portfolio.
• Monitor account health signals specific to the enterprise segment and escalate proactively, before renewal risk becomes irreversible.
• Partner with Reporting & Customer Insights on account health data and early-warning indicators for named accounts. Analyzes client trends to identify opportunities where CoAd solutions would benefit client success.
• Tracks progress of internal work being completed on behalf of the client and ensures progress reporting out to clients.
• Coordinates client training, solutions demonstration opportunities.
Expansion & Referral
• Identify and shepherd expansion opportunities within named accounts, referring qualified opportunities to Revenue Expansion cleanly and without diluting the retention relationship.
• Balance expansion motion against the trust that retains the account — growth conversations should never come at the cost of the relationship.
• Conduct client visits as necessary to ensure client stability or remedy health risks.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years managing large, complex B2B client relationships, ideally in PEO, HR services, benefits, payroll, or adjacent professional services.
• Demonstrated track record retaining and growing named accounts at the executive level.
• Comfort leading renewal negotiations and difficult escalation conversations directly with client decision-makers.
• Strong account planning discipline — able to build and execute a strategic plan for a named account, not just respond to inbound requests.
• Ability to identify expansion signals and hand them to Revenue Expansion without compromising the retention relationship.
• Proven experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive retention and expansion.
Preferred Experience
• Experience specifically in a PEO or co-employment model.
• Experience transitioning from a pooled or generalist account management model into a named-account coverage model.
• Sales experience, and familiarity with client segmentation frameworks and tiered service models.

ABOUT THE JOB
This is not a warehouse manager job with a bigger title. At Korpack, the Materials Manager is one of the two seats that run a building — the Production Manager owns making the product; you own everything the materials do when they're not being converted. Every receipt, every put-away, every transfer, every work-order transaction, every shipment: if inventory moves or changes state inside your four walls, it's yours — and what the system says must match what's on the rack, in real time, because our customers see their inventory work-order by work-order and we've promised them no delay.
Korpack is a food-grade (SQF) co-packer for leading consumer brands, doubling into 350,000 sq ft across two facilities. We are hiring one Materials Manager per building — Madsen runs multi-shift today; PR runs one shift and is ramping fast, so that seat is a build as much as a job. If owning inventory truth end to end — people, process, and numbers — is the job you've been building toward, keep reading.
THE JOURNEY
Own Inventory Truth
- Every inventory transaction in the building — receiving, shipping, material movements, WO transactions, adjustments — accurate, same-day, real-time. The floor and the system reconcile both directions, every day.
- Our customers get per-work-order, real-time inventory visibility. That promise runs through your team.
Lead Four Functions
- Receiving and Shipping Supervisors (one each, all shifts), Material Handling Supervisors across shifts, and Production Control Supervisors with their coordinators — the materials-management side of the production process.
- A team of roughly 25–30 across all shifts. You develop supervisors who own their shift when you're not standing there.
Run the Standards
- Cross-site standards are set once (by the Director and our functional standards owner); your building executes them exactly — SQF inbound inspection, seal integrity, outbound verification, reason codes, catch-weight conversions.
- 24/7 ownership from a day-based seat: M–F on-site with on-call for escalations — but the real job is putting supervisors in place so capable that the show runs without you. If your phone rings every night, the system isn't built yet.
Work the Production Seam
- Your PC Supervisors are shift peers to the Production Managers — the floor makes it, your team makes it official. You keep that partnership productive at the manager level.
- Line-feed priority is absolute: a production line waiting on materials is the most expensive problem in the building.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- The dock, the racks, and the system reconcile both directions daily — zero ghost inventory, zero invisible product
- Cycle counts (run independently by Finance) confirm your accuracy instead of correcting it
- Production never waits on materials; customers never wait on inventory truth
- SQF inbound records, seals, and outbound verification audit-ready any day, unannounced

- Secondaries
Your Mission
Stronghold is growing, and we're searching for a talented GIS Manager to lead and expand our geospatial capabilities. In this role, you'll own the strategy, standards, and execution of GIS operations across a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team — while remaining a hands-on contributor yourself. The ideal candidate brings both the technical depth to do the work and the leadership instincts to build the function. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, can balance big-picture thinking with detail-level quality, and are energized by building something that matters from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities – What You'll Own
- GIS Function Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing GIS team, establishing workflows, quality standards, and capacity planning to support Land, Engineering, and Geological teams across multiple U.S. basins.
- Hands-On Geospatial Delivery: Remain an active contributor — producing and QC'ing maps, conducting spatial analysis, and stepping in on complex or high-priority deliverables alongside your team.
- Analytical Oversight: Direct and perform analysis of horizontal wellbores and drilling units to determine participation using acreage allocation and lateral length allocation methods.
- Standards and Governance: Own coordinate system standards, spatial accuracy protocols, QC processes, and documentation — ensuring consistency and reliability across all geospatial outputs.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with and communicate across multiple disciplines including Land, Engineering, and Geology to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and drive operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Research, interpret, and apply state-specific oil and gas regulations, spacing rules, and unitization requirements — and ensure your team is equipped to do the same.
- Data Integrity: Oversee the maintenance and ongoing accuracy of the land grid, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved systematically.
Qualifications – What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related discipline.
- 5–8+ years of GIS experience
- Deep proficiency with the ArcGIS suite and related products.
- A hands-on approach — comfortable setting direction at the team level and diving deep into the technical details when the work demands it.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical geospatial concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart
- Previous experience supporting Land teams in the upstream Oil and Gas sector is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with property legal terminology, including Deed plot and the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
- Experience building or scaling a GIS function — not just contributing to one.
- A player-coach mentality: you lead by doing, not just directing.

Product Manager
$120k – $200k • 0.0% – 0.4%
We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re at a stage where product decisions, execution, and delivery are inseparable — which means this role owns what we build, why we build it, and how it actually ships.
We’re looking for a founding Product Manager who can operate end-to-end: product strategy, prioritization, execution, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built in very early-stage environments and thrives without guardrails.
What you’ll do
Own product direction and outcomes:
- Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization — making tradeoffs across customer value, speed, and technical constraints.
- Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.
- Be accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.
Run product execution and operations:
- Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.
- Manage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.
- Own release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.
Be deeply hands-on:
- Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Review builds, test flows, and iterate with engineers in real time.
- Make fast calls when things are unclear or breaking.
Stay close to customers and partners:
- Talk to customers constantly: discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.
- Translate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.
- Support partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations when needed.
Build early product systems:
- Establish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.
- Create lightweight processes that increase speed, not bureaucracy.
- Document decisions and patterns so the product can scale.
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in a very early-stage startup.
- Former founder, founding PM, or first/early product hire is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
- Comfortable owning execution details, not delegating them away.
- Strong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.
- Bias toward action, clarity, and momentum.
Bonus points
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.
- Technical background or deep technical fluency.
- Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features.
Why join Reflow
- Founding-level ownership over product and execution.
- Direct access to founders and customers, zero layers.
- Real influence over product direction, roadmap, and delivery.
- Opportunity to grow into Head of Product as the company scales.
- Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.
This is a role for someone who wants to build the product, not manage around it — and who’s excited to do so in a true early-stage startup.

Commercialization Manager
Department: Commercial Operations | Reports To: Director of Commercial Operations & Strategy | Classification: Full-Time / Exempt
About the Role
The Commercialization Manager owns Korpack's new product introduction engine. From the moment a deal is won to the moment a program is stable and ready for handoff, this role is responsible for everything in between — the scope, the execution, the people, and the outcome.
This is not a coordination role. It is an execution leadership role. The Commercialization Manager ensures that every NPI program is properly scoped before it is priced, run correctly the first time, and transitioned cleanly to Customer Success when it's ready — not before. They lead a team of Developmental Project Managers and a Project Coordinator, and they are accountable for how that team performs.
Success here looks like first runs that go as planned, handoffs that Customer Success is proud to receive, and a commercialization function that the rest of the business can rely on to deliver without surprises.
What You Own
NPI Execution — Start to Stable
You own the full NPI lifecycle from post-award scoping through first-run execution and stabilization. Every program that enters your function needs to exit it in a state that Customer Success can own with confidence. You define what "ready" looks like, you hold your team to that standard, and you approve every transition out of your function personally.
Scope & Estimate Integrity
Before any program gets launched, it needs to be properly scoped. That is your responsibility. You ensure that all assumptions are complete, all timelines are realistic, and all execution requirements are understood. Incomplete or optimistic scopes that create downstream problems start here — and you prevent them.
DPM Team Leadership & Development
You directly manage the Developmental Project Manager team and the Project Coordinator. You set the standard for how projects are run, hold your team accountable for executing to that standard, and actively develop their ability to think like operators — not just coordinators. Your team's performance is your performance.
Launch & First-Run Success
You own what happens on the floor during first runs. That means being close enough to the work to know when something is at risk, intervening before problems become failures, and ensuring that every launch has what it needs to succeed. Rework, delays, and surprises during NPI are the metrics that tell you how well your function is working.
Handoff Quality to Customer Success
A clean handoff is not optional — it is the final deliverable of every program your team runs. Customer Success receives complete documentation, a stable execution model, and a clear picture of scope and parameters. Anything less is not a finished program. You own that standard and you enforce it before any transition is approved.
Cross-Functional Execution Alignment
Your team sits at the intersection of Sales Ops, Purchasing, Scheduling, QA, and Production. You ensure all of those functions are aligned before execution begins and that your DPMs are driving that coordination — not waiting for it. When alignment breaks down, you resolve it. When it can't be resolved at your level, you escalate with a recommendation.
Continuous Improvement
You pay attention to where programs fail, where rework happens, and where margin erodes — and you do something about it. You implement process improvements, standardize execution across your team, and build a commercialization function that gets better with every program it runs.
Core Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop the DPM team and Project Coordinator through regular performance feedback and hands-on support
· Review and validate all project scopes before they enter the production — reject or rework any scope that is incomplete or unrealistic
· Oversee execution of all NPI programs from kickoff through stabilization
· Attend and lead key project milestones — kickoffs, first-run reviews, FAI, stabilization checkpoints
· Approve launch readiness for all first production runs
· Approve all handoffs from Commercialization to Customer Success — ensure documentation, scope, and execution model are complete
· Monitor NPI OTIF, first-run success rate, and rework across the portfolio
· Coordinate with Purchasing on material availability and lead time alignment prior to production
· Partner with Sales Ops to ensure pricing inputs reflect execution realities
· Identify patterns in launch failures or margin erosion and implement corrective actions
· Maintain clear communication with the DIrector of Commercial Operations on program status, risk, and team performance
What You Bring
· Proven experience leading project execution in a manufacturing, co-packing, or operations environment
· Strong understanding of NPI processes — scoping, production planning, first-run management, and stabilization
· A track record of holding teams and processes accountable to a high standard
· The ability to assess execution risk quickly and act decisively to mitigate it
· Strong cross-functional communication skills — you know how to align people across departments without losing urgency
· Experience developing early-career project managers or operations professionals
· Comfort working in ERP systems and managing documentation-heavy execution environments
How We Measure Success
The Commercialization Manager is measured at the function level — these are program and team outcomes, not individual project metrics.
· NPI OTIF performance across all active programs
· First-run success rate and reduction in launch-related rework
· Scope accuracy — alignment between estimated and actual execution requirements
· Handoff quality — completeness and stability of programs transitioned to Customer Success
· DPM team performance and development
· Margin adherence on NPI programs
How You Work
You are an execution owner. You set the standard, enforce it without exception, and develop the people around you to meet it. You are close enough to the work to know when something is off, decisive enough to act on it quickly, and experienced enough to know the difference between a risk worth taking and one that will cost the business. When programs run well, your team gets the credit. When they don't, you own it.

About this role:
As Global Payroll Manager at Nova Sky Stories, you will own and help scale payroll operations across our rapidly growing global organization. With teams operating across the U.S. and international markets, this role is an opportunity to build the processes, systems, and controls that support an increasingly complex global workforce.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant while partnering closely with Finance, HR, Accounting, and external payroll providers. Beyond managing day-to-day payroll operations, you’ll play an important role in launching payroll in new countries and entities, strengthening global processes, improving systems and controls, and creating consistency as Nova continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve a payroll issue and stepping back to build a better process for the future. We’re looking for a hands-on payroll leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys navigating complexity, and is excited by the opportunity to help build a truly global payroll function.
As a Global Payroll Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Payroll Processing & Oversight - 40%
- Partner with Human Resources and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee timekeeping and payroll data.
- Own and oversee full-cycle payroll operations across multiple countries and legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely processing across Nova Sky Stories.
- Review payroll submissions for accuracy including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit contributions.
- Manage off-cycle payroll runs including bonuses, corrections, and retroactive adjustments as needed.
- Reconcile payroll registers to funding, tax payments, and general ledger exports; manage reversals, voids, and retroactive pay corrections when necessary.
- Coordinate payroll system integrations, file feeds, and general ledger exports with Accounting to ensure accurate labor distribution and cost center mapping.
- Support payroll processing for both employees and independent contractors across domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Partner closely with Accounting and Finance to support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
Global Entity Setup & Payroll Onboarding - 20%
- Support the setup of new international entities and payroll structures within payroll and HRIS platforms, including company codes, pay groups, earnings and deductions, PTO policies, and direct deposit configurations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to collect and validate employee and payroll data when launching operations in new countries.
- Assist with parallel payroll testing and first-live payroll processing for new locations.
- Coordinate payroll tax setup across new jurisdictions, ensuring proper configuration for local tax requirements and compliance.
- Provide payroll and labor allocation data to support intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and other global finance requirements.
Compliance & Reporting - 20%
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, local, and international labor regulations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local payroll requirements and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor tax filings, garnishments, and required withholdings in partnership with Finance and external payroll providers.
- Generate payroll and labor cost reports for leadership using payroll reporting tools.
- Support quarterly and year-end payroll processes, including tax reconciliation and year-end reporting.
- Maintain accurate multi-state and international employee tax profiles, ensuring proper tax treatment across jurisdictions.
- Partner with Accounting and external advisors to support payroll compliance and reporting accuracy globally.
Employee Support, Process Improvement & Accounting Support – 20%
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll related questions from employees across the organization, partnering with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on payroll timelines, approvals, processes, and best practices.
- Standardize payroll processes across multiple countries and operating locations to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll workflows, internal controls, and reporting.
- Support payroll system upgrades, integrations, and other process improvements as the organization scales.
- Conduct periodic payroll audits, including timekeeping exceptions, pay code usage, tax configuration, and general ledger mapping.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal documentation to ensure consistent processes across the organization.
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed, including reconciliations, reporting, data analysis, and other cross functional initiatives.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of progressive payroll experience, including ownership of multi-state U.S. payroll and experience supporting complex payroll operations.
- Demonstrated international payroll experience, including working across multiple countries, legal entities, currencies, and payroll providers.
- Experience managing payroll through major payroll, HRIS, or workforce management platforms; ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, general ledger integration, payroll taxes, and internal controls.
- Experience supporting new entity or jurisdiction payroll implementations strongly preferred.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent payroll certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and payroll data analysis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
