Position Summary

The Head of Channel, Financial Services is a senior leader responsible for defining and executing CoAd's channel strategy across three verticals: Banks, CPAs, and Franchises. This role sets the direction, frameworks, and playbooks that enable Channel Managers to identify, recruit, and activate new partners, and that enable Channel Sellers to generate and route qualified end-client opportunities to CoAd's PEO (Business Consultants) and HCM (Sales Executives) field sales organizations. The Head of Channel, Financial Services is accountable for overall channel performance and functions as the strategic overlay to the field, equipping the team and field sellers with the positioning, tools, and support needed to succeed across each vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Planning

•  Own and continuously evolve CoAd's financial services channel strategy across Banks, CPAs, and Franchises, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives and field sales priorities.

•  Define channel-specific value propositions, ideal partner profiles, go-to-market approaches, and partner acquisition playbooks for each vertical.

•  Set annual and quarterly channel priorities, partner targets, and performance expectations by vertical; translate strategy into executable plans for the team.

•  Identify emerging channel opportunities and make recommendations to leadership on strategic investments, new verticals, or program changes.

•  Maintain a current understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, partner preferences, and regulatory environment across each channel segment.

Team Leadership and Performance

•  Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Managers and Channel Sellers, setting clear role expectations and holding individuals accountable to channel performance goals.

•  Support Channel Managers in identifying and pursuing high-potential partner targets; provide deal-level coaching, strategic guidance, and escalation support through the partner acquisition process.

•  Support Channel Sellers in sourcing, qualifying, and routing end-client opportunities to the correct field seller (BC for PEO; HCM Sales Executive for payroll/HCM) based on prospect fit.

•  Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance conversations with direct reports across both partner development and end-client opportunity metrics.

•  Recruit and develop team talent in alignment with channel growth priorities and CoAd's standards.

Partner Program and Framework Development

•  Design and maintain the structure of CoAd's preferred partner program for financial services channels, including partner tiers, activation criteria, incentive frameworks, and performance standards.

•  Develop onboarding and activation playbooks that Channel Managers use to bring new partners to productivity quickly and consistently.

•  Establish partner performance standards and review cadences; direct Channel Managers in managing underperforming partnerships and escalate where needed.

•  Maintain senior-level relationships with the most strategic partners in the portfolio, supporting Channel Managers where executive presence is required to advance or protect a key relationship.

Field Alignment and Overlay Execution

•  Ensure the channel team functions as an effective overlay to PEO and HCM field sales, driving qualified partner-sourced opportunities into field pipelines without disrupting field-led motions.

•  Establish and maintain clear handoff protocols and joint accountability frameworks between Channel Sellers and field BCs and HCM Sales Executives.

•  Maintain ongoing alignment with PEO and HCM field sales leadership on channel priorities, opportunity routing, territory coverage, and capacity.

•  Track routed opportunity outcomes and use conversion data to improve channel sourcing quality, team effectiveness, and field partnership.

Bank Channel

•  Define the strategy and partner profile for CoAd's bank channel, focusing on regional and community banks whose business banking and commercial divisions serve clients with PEO and payroll needs.

•  Develop the referral frameworks, co-marketing approaches, and partner program terms that Channel Managers use to recruit and activate bank partners.

•  Identify bank holding companies and financial institution networks that represent scalable, system-level partnership opportunities and direct team efforts accordingly.

CPA Channel

•  Define the strategy and partner profile for CoAd's CPA channel, targeting firms and accounting professionals who advise small and mid-market business clients on HR, payroll, and workforce costs.

•  Develop the co-advisory models, referral structures, and partner program terms that position CoAd as the preferred PEO and HCM recommendation in CPA client interactions.

•  Direct Channel Managers in building relationships with state CPA societies and national accounting associations to drive awareness and sourcing pipeline.

•  Provide air cover for field Business Consultants and HCM Sales Executives pursuing local CPA relationships, ensuring they have the tools, positioning, and support needed to engage CPA partners effectively in their markets.

•  Maintain and distribute current CPA-specific marketing materials, service offers, and partner program details to field sellers; ensure materials reflect the latest product capabilities and competitive positioning.

•  Partner with Sales Enablement to develop CPA-specific training and talk tracks for field sellers, ensuring consistent messaging and a high-quality partner experience at the local level.

Franchise Channel

•  Define the strategy and partner profile for CoAd's franchise channel, targeting systems and franchise development organizations where workforce management and co-employment are a natural fit.

•  Develop the system-level agreement structures and partner program terms that Channel Managers use to recruit franchise brands and drive adoption across franchisee networks.

•  Work with field sales and operations to ensure CoAd can support the unique HR and compliance needs of franchise clients at scale.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Positioning

•  Monitor competitor channel strategies, compensation models, and partnership approaches across Banks, CPAs, and Franchises; translate intelligence into updated playbooks and field guidance.

•  Track legislative, regulatory, and market developments impacting financial services distribution channels and adjust strategy as needed.

•  Serve as CoAd's internal expert on financial services channel dynamics, informing leadership, cross-functional partners, and field sellers as needed.

Performance and Reporting

•  Own overall channel performance across all three verticals; set targets, monitor results, and drive corrective action when trends require intervention.

•  Track and report on team performance, partner productivity, partner activation rates, and opportunity routing outcomes on a regular cadence.

•  Use performance data to continuously refine channel strategy, team priorities, and partner program design.

Required Skills & Experience

•  10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partnership/business development, or strategic alliances, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing a team.

•  Experience within the PEO, HCM, payroll, or broader HR services industry strongly preferred; familiarity with how these solutions are positioned to banks, CPA firms, and franchise organizations.

•  Demonstrated success building, scaling, and managing multi-vertical partner channels, including partner recruitment, activation, and performance management.

•  Experience designing partner program frameworks, including tiering structures, incentive models, activation criteria, and performance standards.

•  Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales or channel teams (e.g., Channel Managers, Channel Sellers) and hold them accountable to pipeline and performance metrics.

•  Strong track record operating as a strategic overlay to a field sales organization, including establishing handoff protocols and driving cross-functional alignment with field sales leadership.

•  Established relationships or experience engaging community/regional banks, CPA firms and accounting associations, and/or franchise systems is a plus.

•  Executive-level relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to represent CoAd credibly with senior partner stakeholders.

•  Analytical and data-driven approach to managing channel performance, using metrics such as partner activation rate, opportunity conversion, and channel profitability to guide decisions.

•  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; ability to translate strategy into clear playbooks and field-facing tools.

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

•  Willingness and ability to travel to support partner relationships and field sales alignment as needed.

Data & Integration Analyst

BOLD Business

Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Overview

We need a data enthusiast who pairs sharp analytical capabilities with the leverage of modern AI tools. As our organization harmonizes multiple disparate systems, data sources, and analytics platforms into a single operational home, this role will lead and orchestrate the collection, cohesion, and maintenance of our core data models (unified accounts, contacts, candidates, deals, activity, and work records).

You will design and oversee the foundational data layer that allows future AI agents to read seamlessly across all entity data without an integration tax, setting the groundwork for our incoming ERP consolidation.

What You Own

  • Canonical Data Model: Define entity structures, relationships, and identity-resolution logic across accounts, contacts, candidates, deals, projects, and work records.
  • Validation at Ingest: Establish upfront validation rules that prevent low-quality records from entering systems, shifting focus from post-hoc error reporting to preventative data hygiene.
  • Integration Layer Coordination: Collaborate with full-stack engineers to maintain an adaptable integration layer, ensuring vendor replacements require simple configuration rather than a full code rewrite.
  • Reporting & Dashboards Foundation: Build and govern the modeled semantic layer beneath our Power BI transition, unifying legacy reports and setting up actionable dashboards for the future ERP.
  • Agent Data Access: Architect clean, permissioned, and documented read paths so internal AI agents consume structured data directly rather than scraping front-end source systems.
  • Data Quality Ownership: Serve as the direct point of contact and owner for recurring systemic data defects.
  • Migration Strategy: Lead data migration paths off retired legacy systems while preserving historical continuity and audit trails.
  • Lean AI & Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean principles and AI tools to reduce data failure points, detect early warning indicators, and define KPIs/SLAs to optimize organizational performance.
  • Unstructured Data Insights: Monitor, analyze, and process speech, text, and sentiment analysis inputs across business channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics, featuring heavy data-modeling responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of designing a canonical data model across multiple source systems, with the ability to articulate trade-offs in identity resolution and deduplication.
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, normalization trade-offs, database migrations, query performance tuning).
  • SQL proficiency for data exploration, auditing, reconciliation, and cross-database validation.
  • Python expertise for developing transformation scripts and data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting integrations with commercial SaaS APIs (handling rate limits, unexpected schema updates, and partial failures).
  • Strong understanding of data-layer security, designing models where authorization and field-level restrictions are enforced structurally.
  • Proactive adoption of AI tools to accelerate pipeline creation, audit data quality, and enrich datasets.
  • Inherent curiosity and rigor for inspecting, validating, and establishing trust in business metrics.

Strong Preferences

  • Direct familiarity with core enterprise data models across ERP, HRIS, WFM, or CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Genesys, Oracle, or Aspect).
  • Experience using tools like dbt (or comparable transformation and automated testing frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics stacks, specifically using AI to extract insight from structured datasets.
  • Practical experience consolidating legacy commercial systems onto unified or in-house platforms.
  • Exposure to recruitment, workforce, or operations data, including handling candidate PII and data retention requirements.
  • Prior experience preparing database schemas or data warehouse layers specifically to feed LLMs, AI workflows, or autonomous agent routines.

Controller - Oil & Gas

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site: 5 days in office)

The Company: Permian Energy Reaching New Heights

Yukon Exploration Operating, LLC (“Yukon”) is a Dallas-based oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on the Midland Basin of West Texas. Founded in 2019, Yukon’s principal business is the exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas through horizontal and vertical operations.

Yukon is active across the Northern Midland Basin, with a focus on Borden, Dawson, Martin, and Howard Counties. Our team brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds and deep expertise in West Texas exploration and operations, complemented by an emphasis on innovative technology and disciplined execution.

Yukon is in an exciting stage of growth, expanding production and building the infrastructure, systems, and capabilities required to support a rapidly scaling oil and gas operating business.

Your Mission

We’re seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for Yukon Exploration Operating. This individual will serve as the senior accounting leader for the business, owning financial reporting, GAAP compliance, controls, forecasting support, and financial obligations to our equity and debt stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows oil and gas accounting deeply, operates independently, and can build the processes and discipline necessary to support a rapidly growing operator. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and have the opportunity to shape the accounting function as Yukon scales, making this an exceptional opportunity for an experienced oil and gas accounting professional who wants significant ownership, visibility, and impact.

Key Responsibilities — What You’ll Own

  • Lead Yukon’s accounting function, taking end-to-end ownership of accounting operations, close processes, financial reporting, and the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and oil and gas accounting requirements, maintaining appropriate accounting policies, procedures, documentation, and internal controls as the business grows.
  • Own financial reporting and compliance obligations associated with Yukon’s equity stakeholders, lenders, debt agreements, and other financial counterparties, ensuring all reporting requirements and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Oversee core oil and gas accounting activities, including revenue accounting, joint interest billing, accounts payable, capital expenditures, lease operating expenses, accruals, reserves-related accounting support, and other upstream accounting processes.
  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, continuously improving the speed, accuracy, controls, and scalability of the close and reporting environment.
  • Manage external audits, tax and accounting service providers, and other third-party financial relationships, serving as the primary accounting point of contact and ensuring requests and deliverables are handled efficiently.
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting, planning, and financial decision-making, proactively identifying accounting or financial issues, communicating risks early, and recommending practical solutions rather than simply identifying problems.

Qualifications — What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful experience within an oil and gas exploration and production operator.
  • Deep understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, and financial and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead an accounting function or significant portions of an oil and gas operator’s accounting organization.
  • Strong command of financial close, financial statements, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and management reporting.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and compliance requirements associated with lenders, debt facilities, investors, or equity stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with the ability to identify issues before they become problems and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex accounting matters clearly and promptly to senior leadership.
  • A self-directed, high-ownership working style with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications — What Sets You Apart

  • CPA designation.
  • Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting leadership experience with an upstream oil and gas operator.
  • Prior audit experience with a highly reputable public accounting firm, particularly within an oil and gas or energy-focused audit practice.
  • Experience progressing from public accounting into an operating role within an exploration and production company.
  • Experience building or scaling accounting processes, controls, systems, and reporting infrastructure within a growing oil and gas business.
  • Familiarity with accounting and reporting requirements across both operated and non-operated oil and gas assets.

Why Yukon

At Yukon, you’ll have the opportunity to join an ambitious oil and gas operator at a pivotal stage of growth. We combine deep West Texas operating expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to using innovative technology to improve how we explore, develop, and operate our assets.

This is an opportunity to have a meaningful seat at the table. As Controller, you won’t simply inherit a narrow set of accounting responsibilities, you’ll have ownership of a critical function and direct access to the leaders making decisions about the future of the business. Your judgment, expertise, and ability to anticipate what the business needs will directly influence how Yukon scales.

If you’re looking for ownership, impact, and the opportunity to build alongside a high-performing team in a growing Permian Basin operator, we invite you to apply.
