We are looking for a Senior Embedded Wireless Modem Engineer to take ownership of the systems that keep our drones connected, coordinated, and performing flawlessly in the sky.
This is not a narrow, siloed role—you’ll be working across the full stack of wireless communication: from PHY-layer protocol design and signal processing to embedded integration, RF optimization, and real-world validation. Your work will directly impact how hundreds (or thousands) of drones communicate reliably in complex, high-stakes environments.
You’ll be hands-on with everything from modem development and firmware to lab testing and live field deployments—solving tough problems around interference, synchronization, range, and reliability. You’ll also play a key role in getting our systems certified and production-ready, working closely with external labs and internal hardware/software teams.
If you’re excited by building robust wireless systems from the ground up, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to see your work come to life in large-scale, real-world applications—this role puts you right at the center of it.
As a Sr. Embedded Wireless Modem Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the design, development, and optimization of radio modems across sub-GHz (868/915 MHz) and 2.4 GHz ISM bands
- Building robust wireless communication systems using modern RF transceivers (e.g., AT86RF215 and similar)
- Developing and optimizing PHY-layer protocols, including modulation, synchronization, and timing
- Designing signal processing algorithms (filtering, timing recovery, detection) for reliable communication
- Implementing channel coding, error correction, and spread spectrum techniques (FHSS, DSSS)
- Driving system-level RF performance through link budget, coexistence, and optimization analysis
- Integrating RF systems with embedded platforms (MCUs) and developing low-level drivers/firmware (C/C++)
- Debugging and optimizing hardware–firmware interactions in close collaboration with electronics teams
- Running lab and field testing to validate RF performance in real-world conditions
- Leading radio certification efforts (CE, FCC, RED, ETSI), including test planning and execution
- Partnering with external EMC labs and resolving compliance issues through certification cycles
- Supporting system validation and large-scale deployment testing
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience developing radio modems in ISM bands (sub-GHz and/or 2.4 GHz; LoRa, ZigBee, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with RF transceivers (e.g., AT86RF215, TI CC13xx/CC26xx, or similar)
- Strong foundation in digital communication systems (modulation, FEC, synchronization, signal detection)
- Experience with spread spectrum techniques, particularly FHSS
- Solid embedded systems experience (C/C++), including low-level driver and firmware development
- Experience integrating RF ICs with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32 or similar)
- Proficiency with RF measurement tools (spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generators, oscilloscopes)
- Working knowledge of EMC/EMI principles and RF compliance requirements
- Experience with radio certification (CE, FCC, ETSI) and working with external test labs
- Familiarity with wireless protocols (e.g., proprietary PHYs, IEEE 802.15.4)
- Knowledge of PCB design and RF layout best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, independent working style
- Based in the Munich area and willing to work on-site in Gilching
What we offer:

- Short decision-making paths, open communication, and strong team spirit
What Defines You:
- Highly reliable, organized, and execution-focused.
- Calm under pressure and effective in an onsite operating environment.
- A clear, proactive communicator who escalates issues early and appropriately.
- You don’t need to be the “owner of everything” to be high-impact, you like owning your lane and making the overall machine run smoother.
- You take pride in making complicated work feel simple for the team around you.
- Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn.
- Interested in growing into increased production ownership over time.

- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in system-level power electronics.
- Direct experience with High Power (25-250kW) Hybrid Inverters and DC-DC conversion.
- Familiarity with AC switching/transfer logic and protection coordination.
- Ability to perform "worst-case" analysis and simulations (SPICE/PLECS) to ensure design robustness.
- Proficiency in PCB layout with a focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in Altium Designer (or similar) with specific experience in high-current/high-voltage layout.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, or Creo). Demonstrated experience working in PDM and/or PLM environments.
- Expert-level use of PLECS, PSIM, or MATLAB/Simulink to simulate power stages and control loops before building hardware.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UL 1741 and IEEE 1547.
- Hands-on experience with heat sink sizing, fan selection, and thermal interface materials to keep the system stable under load and operating environment requirements.
- Demonstrated firmware experience, specifically C/C++ for microcontrollers to ensure the hardware and software are aligned.
- Experience with development testing, failure analysis, and debugging complex systems. The successful candidate will own and drive documentation and configuration management.
- Comfortable working in an environment based on accountability: scope, schedule, budget, 2-way feedback and collaboration.
- Familiar with modern engineering collaboration toolsets: Confluence,, Slack, Asana, etc.
- Demonstrated experience reading electrical schematics/drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Hands-on and biased towards action.

About Bold Business
Bold Business is an AI-first, delivery-first company building production-grade enterprise software, automation engines, and autonomous agent infrastructure. We build the way modern teams build: our engineers are not syntax-typists but Systems Conductors, who leverage advanced AI-agent developer environments to design, build, test, and ship production software at multiples of traditional manual velocity.
The Role
We're hiring Full-Stack Systems Conductors to own feature delivery across our flagship TechForce platform — spanning React/TypeScript frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and robust PostgreSQL data schemas.
You'll own high-impact modules from day one, but your true value lies in your ability to design robust databases, orchestrate complex systems, and lead background coding agents through rigorous, test-driven implementations.
Two principles define how we work, and we hire for both explicitly:
AI-Agentic Command. AI coding environments (Cursor, Claude Code CLI, OpenClaw / Hermes Agents / Grokbot / other personal agent harnesses, and custom Model Context Protocol servers) are our native workspace, not a novelty. We expect you to command agents to write boilerplate, scaffold routes, and draft test suites. You provide the system architecture, the security guardrails, and the rigorous critical review. Speed from agents, judgment from you.
Collaborative by Default. Every change is strictly peer-reviewed through pull requests. Documentation and automated unit tests ship in the same PR as the code. Blockers get raised early, not discovered at review. We value highly legible, standardized architectures that outlive their author's immediate attention — brilliant work that only its author understands is a liability here, not an asset.
What You'll Do
- Architect schema-first features: design strict API boundaries, typed contracts, and database schemas first, providing the structure background AI agents need to implement features safely
- Build and secure module workflows: own recruiter and admin interfaces (screens, tables, profiles, forms, filters, dashboards), REST endpoints, and PostgreSQL relational workflows — with business security and authorization policies strictly enforced at the data layer
- Establish codebase context: build and use MCP servers and AST-based dependency graphs to give developer agents standardized, structured access to our repositories
- Orchestrate quality loops: set up local testing environments and containerized CI/CD checks where background agents automatically execute test runs, linting, and type validation before any merge
- Engage directly with stakeholders: sit with non-technical stakeholders to translate messy operational processes into clean, executable technical requirements — and keep them in the loop as the work progresses
- Stabilize and maintain the platform: production defects, small-to-medium gaps, and reporting migration support as Power BI is retired
- Review and be reviewed: give and receive pull-request review as a normal working rhythm, with test evidence on every ticket
Non-Negotiables
We'll ask you to demonstrate all of the following — come ready with real examples:
- Active agentic developer loop. You've transitioned beyond copy-pasting code blocks from a browser window. You can walk us through your CLI-native agentic loop: how you coordinate agents, what parameters and guardrails you set, and — specifically — a time you caught and patched an LLM hallucination before it shipped. "I've tried Copilot" is not this.
- Collaboration you can prove. A working history of PR reviews given and received, documentation you wrote that someone else actually used, and a time you escalated a blocker early instead of grinding on it alone. We will check for this specifically.
- Full-stack competency, production-grade. Strong React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI experience on real systems in real use — not tutorials or side scripts.
- Database schema and security mastery. Highly fluent in PostgreSQL — schema design, migrations, indexing, transactional isolation. You understand why hiding a button in React is not an authorization control; authorization is enforced in the data layer.
- Clean systems architecture. You build robust, decoupled state machines (FastAPI, React state, background queues) that gracefully isolate, log, and recover from real-world API and network failures.
- Enterprise systems awareness. You've designed, maintained, or operated within ERP-class platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or comparable) — or can clearly demonstrate how they work and why they matter: integrated data, standardized process, and a single operational source of truth. You'll help build a platform that plays exactly this role, so you need to understand what it replaces and what it must not break.
- True Agile and continuous improvement. Not standup theater — iterative delivery, working software shipped in small increments, retrospectives that actually change how the team works. Come ready to describe a real process improvement you drove based on what a sprint or a failure taught you.
- End-to-end micro-project ownership. You'll run micro-projects through their full lifecycle: planning and requirements gathering with stakeholders, implementation, testing, and maintenance afterward — documenting your work and processes clearly enough that another team member can be trained to support and back up what you built without you in the room. Come ready to walk us through one project you carried from first conversation to steady-state maintenance.
- Strong English communication, written and spoken. You'll operate in a U.S.-based team environment and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with OpenClaw, Hermes Agents, or Grokbot agent platforms
- Familiarity with LangGraph or stateful multi-agent orchestration
- Operations-heavy SaaS experience (recruiting, workforce management, ATS, or CRM)
- Multi-tenant application experience
- AWS exposure (EC2, RDS, S3, cloud logs)
- Data imports, deduplication, search/filter interfaces, operational reporting
- Experience joining a codebase mid-flight and getting productive fast
What This Role Is
- A hands-on builder-conductor role with defined module ownership
- AI-accelerated delivery with human judgment on every merge
- A high-performing team operating model: review, documentation, and early communication are the job, not overhead
What This Role Is Not
- Not a solo-operator role — if your best work happens when nobody sees it until it's done, this will be a bad fit
- Not an ML research role
- Not a role where AI tools are optional
Compensation & Logistics
Compensation based on experience. Standard options package per company policy.
Target start: Immediately
Final Note
We will go deep into your past work — what you built, why you built it that way, what broke, and who else could run it after you. The engineers who thrive here are the ones whose systems outlive their attention: documented, reviewed, and understood by the team.
Bold Business — AI-First. Delivery-First. Team-First.

Entry Level
Fountain sells agentic software. We intend to run on it too.
Our data platform is healthy and owned. dbt and Dagster on Kubernetes, ClickHouse Cloud as the primary analytical store, CDC off Postgres and MongoDB source systems, a long tail of third-party sources, and Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and object-store lakes around the edges. Engineers on the team own those models and pipelines today, and they’ll keep owning them.
This role is different. You own the agentic buildout itself, in two halves.
First, how our own team works. We want the data team building agentically by default: agents that author and test models, extend pipelines, catch breakage and repair it, keep documentation and contracts honest. Someone has to design that system. The harnesses, the context and tooling agents work through, the review and CI workflows that make agent-written code safe to merge, the evaluations that tell us whether the output can be trusted. Other engineers own the models. You own the machinery that changes how they get built, and that machinery reaches upstream into the product, where most data problems actually start.
Second, how the rest of the company works. The same capability, pointed outward. A CSM, a finance analyst, a PM, or a support lead should be able to ask a real question and get a trustworthy answer without waiting in a queue. That means semantic context, skills and MCP surfaces, access boundaries, evaluation, and a clear-eyed view of what the agent should refuse to answer. It also means working closely with the people who’ll use it, because tooling nobody adopts is worth nothing.
At its core this is still a data and analytics engineering job. You need enough depth in modeling, dbt, and orchestration to build credibly for engineers who do it all day, and to know when agent-generated output is subtly wrong. The difference is what you’re accountable for: the leverage, not the DAG.
Be aware that this is as much a change problem as an engineering problem. Building the capability is half of it. Getting a team, and then a company, to genuinely work differently is the other half, and it’s the half that decides whether this role succeeds.
We’re moving quickly. This role is a bet that we can change how we work in weeks rather than quarters, and we’re staffing it accordingly.
What you’ll do:
- Design and build the agentic development workflow for the data team. Agent-authored models and pipeline changes, the context and tooling those agents operate through, PR and review patterns, CI that catches what agents get wrong, the guardrails that make it safe to run against production, and the standards that make any of it repeatable across a team.
- Push that reach upstream into the product. Build the context and tooling that shape how features get conceived and built in the first place, and verify data architecture while changes are in development. Most data problems are cheapest to fix at the root, before a dev PR lands, which means working inside Engineering and Product rather than downstream of them.
- Build the evaluation layer. Regression suites, correctness checks, lineage awareness, and observability on the agents themselves. Nobody adopts an agentic workflow they can’t verify, so this is foundational rather than a follow-up.
- Build agentic analytics capability for the company. Semantic context, skills, MCP surfaces, access controls, and query and cost guardrails that let non-technical teams get answers they can act on, along with the honest scoping of what the system won’t answer.
- Drive adoption. Work alongside the engineers on the data team and stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Support, teaching the patterns, watching where people get stuck, and closing the gap between what you built and how people actually work.
- Stay hands-on in the platform. You won’t own the models and pipelines, but you’ll work in that codebase constantly, and you should be able to fix what you find.
What you should bring:
- 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role, or equivalent depth arrived at another way. What you’ve built and operated matters more to us than the number.
- Real depth in analytical data modeling and SQL. You can read a normalized transactional schema, design something that answers business questions without falling over, and spot when a generated model is subtly wrong.
- Hands-on production experience with dbt and an orchestrator. Dagster is what we run; Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal transfers fine. You should know the operational reality of a large DAG, not just the syntax.
- Strong Python and the software engineering habits that go with it: version control, testing, code review, CI/CD.
- You have shipped agentic or LLM-powered systems to production. Tool and function calling, context and retrieval design, orchestrating multi-step workflows, and evaluating all of it. You should be able to walk through something you built, how you measured whether it worked, and where it failed. This is the requirement we care most about.
- Sound judgment about data governance and PII in a multi-tenant environment. We handle applicant and worker data across 75+ countries, and exposing it through an LLM surface raises the stakes on getting access boundaries right.
- You can bring people with you. This role changes how the data team, product engineers, and other departments do their work. That requires listening well, teaching patiently, and being persuasive without a title that makes anyone do anything.
Nice to have:
- Depth in a columnar or MPP warehouse, especially ClickHouse Cloud and ClickPipes; Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift also translates
- Building with Claude: the API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, MCP servers, or subagent patterns
- AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, enough to debug your own deployment
- Semantic layer and BI tooling (Omni, Looker, dbt Semantic Layer, Cube)
- LLM observability and evaluation tooling (Langfuse, Braintrust, or equivalent)
- Streaming and CDC internals (Debezium, Kafka, Kinesis)
- Having led a technical practice change on a team that was skeptical at the start
- HR tech, high-volume hiring, workforce management, or another domain with heavy operational data
What success looks like:
These are weeks, not quarters. That’s the point, and it’s possible because you won’t be carrying the platform while you do it. The models and pipelines have owners, so your time goes into building rather than inheriting.
Week 1 — you’ve shipped. A small agent-assisted change, merged to production. You learn our stack by building in it.
Week 2 — the first agentic workflow is running against production. Agent-authored changes moving through a review path you designed, with the CI and guardrails that make merging them safe.
Week 4 — engineers other than you are using it daily, the evaluation layer is catching regressions before a human does, and the first agentic analytics capability is in front of real users outside the data team, rough edges and all.
Week 8 — agent-initiated is the default path for at least one entire class of data work, the patterns are documented well enough that adoption no longer depends on you being in the room, internal agentic analytics is live for at least one department with measurement behind it, and the rate at which we add trustworthy data capability is no longer bounded by the size of the data team.

POSITION: Senior Edge & Linux Platform Engineer (Rust, Linux)
LOCATION: Newark, CA (Hybrid)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FTE
REPORTING STRUCTURE: VP of Software Engineering
About Us
The American pharmacy system currently struggles to meet patient needs. Long wait times, overworked staff, and outdated infrastructure have compromised reliable access to essential medications.
We are addressing these challenges today. We are a stealth-mode physical AI company working on a robotic pharmacy product. We are not just conceptualizing the pharmacy of the future; we are building it now.
About the Role
This is a high-leverage role with end-to-end ownership. You own the software that runs *inside* the robot — the edge agent that orchestrates every dispense, the Linux platform it runs on, and the peripheral integrations that connect compute to the physical machine.
The edge agent is the glue. It takes a prescription, sequences motion through real-time controllers, verifies the dispense with vision, prints the label, talks to the cloud, and writes a tamper-evident audit trail of every action. When something goes wrong on the robot, this is the process that decides whether to stop, retry, or page a human. Getting it right is non-negotiable.
You set the standard for how device software is built, hardened, signed, shipped, and updated in the field. As we scale from 5 robots to a fleet, the platform you build is what makes that scale safe.
You'll work closely with the electrical and firmware engineers on the motor and sensor side, the platform engineer on the cloud side. You own your domain end to end.
What You'll Own
- Edge agent (`edge-agent`) — prescription lifecycle on the robot, device and fill state machines, orchestration of motors, vision, buttons, label printing, and console capture
- Linux platform — minimal, hardened, immutable OS images for the in-robot compute (industrial x86) and the NVIDIA Jetson Thor vision module; kernel configuration, boot, init, packaging
- Secure boot and update path — signed boot chain, dm-verity, A/B partition updates, rollback on failure, key management
- Peripheral integration — CAN, USB, Serial, and Ethernet/TCP-IP links to motor controllers, sensors, button boards, label printers, and cameras
- OTA and fleet update tooling — how a new edge agent or kernel reaches the fleet safely, atomically, and with a verifiable audit trail
- Device telemetry and observability — structured health, metrics, logs, and crash artifacts that make a robot in the field debuggable from the cloud
- Cloud seam - the MQTT/AWS IoT Core boundary that the platform team owns on the other side; you own the device-side contract, codecs, store-and-forward, and reconnect semantics
- Engineering standards - code review, testing patterns, and conventions for everything that ships to the device
Required Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Embedded Linux mastery — You've cut your own distributions. Yocto/Buildroot, kernel configuration, init systems, root filesystem composition, package management. You know what's in a minimal image and what isn't, and why.
- Hardened device platforms — Secure boot, signed kernels and images, dm-verity (or equivalent integrity), A/B partition updates with verified rollback, key and certificate management on device. You've shipped this, not just read the whitepaper.
- Rust on embedded Linux — You've shipped Rust to production on resource-constrained Linux targets. async/Tokio, error handling patterns, type-driven design, cross-compilation, packaging.
- Real-time orchestration and state machines — You've built systems where multiple subsystems (motion, vision, IO) must be sequenced correctly, where partial failure is the norm, and where the wrong state transition is a safety event. Event-driven FSMs are second nature.
- Hardware integration over standard buses — CAN, USB, Serial (UART/RS-485), and Ethernet/TCP-IP. You've debugged a flaky link with a logic analyzer or `candump`, not just a print statement.
- Industrial-grade x86 and ARM compute — You've shipped on at least one industrial SBC or embedded x86 platform and at least one ARM Linux target. You understand the difference between a dev board and a unit that has to run in a pharmacy for five years.
- ARM Cortex MCUs, bare metal and RTOS literacy — You don't have to write the motor firmware, but you have to integrate with engineers who do. You understand bare-metal and RTOS execution models, interrupt latency, and the contracts an MCU exposes to a Linux host.
- Connected device fleets — You've operated devices in the field. OTA updates, telemetry, remote diagnostics, crash collection, recovery from a bricked unit at the other end of a flaky network.
- Safety-critical mindset — You design the failure path first. The happy path is just "recovery wasn't needed." Fail-closed by default; on any uncertainty, the robot refuses to dispense.
- Technical leadership — You've raised the bar on a team. Through code review, architecture decisions, mentorship, or establishing conventions that stuck. You don't need a title to lead.
Important
- NVIDIA Jetson — Thor, Orin, or earlier. Custom L4T images, non-default rootfs bringup, signed boot and update integration.
- Linux kernel debugging — ftrace, perf, eBPF, device tree edits. You find the cause of a kernel oops, not just collect the trace.
- MQTT / AWS IoT Core — Device-side ownership: adapter, store-and-forward, mTLS, reconnect, back-pressure. Cloud team owns the rest.
- Debian packaging — cargo-deb or hand-rolled, with systemd units, postinst hooks, and clean upgrades.
- Supply chain hygiene — cargo deny, signed artifacts, reproducible builds, SBOMs.
- Fault-injection testing — You test invariants under stress, not just examples on the happy path.
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience (HIPAA, FDA, DEA)
- Functional safety background (IEC 61508, ISO 13849, or equivalent)
- TPM / secure-element integration, key provisioning at manufacturing
- PREEMPT_RT or other real-time Linux experience
- Prior work on robotics, dispensing, or other physical-AI systems
- SQLite, protobuf
How We Hire
Four steps. Tight loop - Thats All!
- Recruiter Screen: (30 min) — Motivation, logistics, and whether you naturally think in terms of correctness and ownership.
- Technical Interview: (90 min) — You receive a broken infrastructure setup 24 hours before. We discuss your debugging approach, fix and improve together, and talk through operational thinking.
- Design Interview: (60 min) — We go deeper on the same exercise. How would you deploy to a fleet of pharmacy robots? What's your staged rollout strategy? What breaks and how do you know?
- Leadership Interview: (60 min) — Culture, vision, long-term fit.
The technical and design interviews are two sides of the same coin — first you build it, then we pressure-test the thinking behind it.
What We Offer
- Early-stage equity in automated pharmacy dispensing at scale
- Direct impact — your code dispenses medication to real patients
- Small team, zero bureaucracy, high trust
- Hard problems: distributed systems, safety-critical software, regulatory compliance, real-time hardware integration

Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified DWDM Engineer to join our optical transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle—design, deployment, and optimization—of our high-capacity Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks.
As a "Certified" specialist, you are expected to bring verified expertise in industry-leading platforms (such as Ciena, Nokia, or Cisco) to ensure our fiber-optic backbone operates with maximum spectral efficiency and 99.999% reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Design & Planning
- Optical Path Engineering: Conduct link budget analysis, OSNR (Optical Signal-to-Noise Ratio) calculations, and chromatic dispersion compensation planning.
- Capacity Management: Design wavelength allocation maps and manage the growth of C-band and L-band spectrum to meet increasing data demands.
- Architecture Design: Develop resilient network topologies, including ring protection (SNCP), mesh restoration, and ROADM (Reconfigurable Optical Add-Drop Multiplexer) configurations.
- Implementation & Integration
- Commissioning: Lead the physical installation, power-up, and software configuration of DWDM shelves, transponders, amplifiers (EDFAs/Raman), and multiplexers.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with hardware vendors to integrate new-generation coherent optics (e.g., 400G/800G+ wavelengths) into existing legacy fiber plants.
- Circuit Provisioning: Manage the end-to-end provisioning of high-bandwidth services (Ethernet, OTN, Fibre Channel) across the optical transport layer.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer), OSA (Optical Spectrum Analyzer), and BERT (Bit Error Rate Test) equipment to localize fiber faults and signal degradation.
- NOC Support: Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex optical layer incidents, performing deep-dive root cause analysis on "flapping" links or high Pre-FEC BER issues.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize optical power levels and gain tilt across long-haul spans to maintain signal integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of ITU-T G.709 (OTN) standards, WDM physics, and fiber types (G.652, G.655).
- Proficiency with Network Management Systems (NMS) and SDN controllers for optical automation.
- Experience using optical modeling software (e.g., Ciena OnePlanner, Nokia 1830 EPT, or VPIphotonics).
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
- Ciena: Optical Communications Professional (OC-P) or Consultant (OC-C).
- Nokia: Certified Optical Network Professional (ONP).
- Cisco: CCNP Optical or specialized Cisco Transport certificates.
- General: OTT Certified Optical Network Engineer (CONE).
The Ideal Candidate
You are a "fiber-first" engineer who thrives on the physics of light. You understand that a single fiber break can impact terabits of data, and you possess the meticulous attention to detail required to manage the invisible infrastructure that powers the modern internet.

Job Summary:
We're building the blueprint for modern go-to-market at Occupier. We are seeking our first dedicated GTM Engineer—an individual who will own the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Product. Currently, these functions operate with disparate systems and incomplete orchestration—each is well-run, but they are not wired together in ways that allow us to reach our full potential. Your mission will be to architect an AI-first revenue supply chain where every decision point—from account identification to deal closure to expansion—is informed by intelligence, optimized by automation, and freed from busywork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operate account identification workflows that source, score, and rank prospects by fit and readiness at scale.
- Build multi-signal company scoring models that weight firmographic data, intent signals, product usage (for existing customers), and behavioral indicators.
- Implement contact-level scoring that identifies key decision-makers, influencers, and blockers within target accounts.
- Create feedback loops where rep activity and deal outcomes continuously improve scoring accuracy and account prioritization.
- Own the waterfall enrichment pipelines across data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to ensure coverage and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Operations, or a closely related technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Expert-level HubSpot skills: you've built complex workflows, designed data models, and solved real operational problems.
- Deep Clay experience: you've built multi-step enrichment workflows and understand how to operationalize data pipelines at scale.
- Comfortable writing code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate and integrate.
- Data-first mindset: you think in unit economics, CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution before you think in features or tools.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation in the range of $110,000 - $120,000 CAD.
- Equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
- Flexible hybrid work environment in Toronto, fostering both deep focus and collaborative efforts.
- Culture that values intellectual curiosity, edge-finding, and results-driven work.
Why Occupier:
As the first GTM Engineer, you will have greenfield ownership of the entire revenue supply chain. You will collaborate with a Chief Revenue Officer who is a strategic partner in designing the architecture. Your work will ship fast and have immediate impact in a growth-stage company with startup velocity. Join us to create a blueprint for modern go-to-market and be part of a culture that emphasizes results over politics.
