About the job

As a Partner Success Specialist, you’ll manage and grow relationships across PosterElite’s partner network, with a strong focus on driving sales, partner engagement, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their inside sales or partnership sales career who enjoys proactive outreach, relationship-building, and helping partners increase adoption of PosterElite solutions.

You'll work as strategic advisor, connector, and growth driver for an assigned set of existing PosterElite partners. You build deep, trust-based relationships with partner organizations; understand their business goals and client needs; and help them expand adoption of PosterElite solutions. You navigate complex partner ecosystems, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and support partner teams—from sales to marketing to operations—to drive meaningful growth and retention. This role is ideal for someone who combines relationship-building, analytical thinking, and commercial instincts to create long-term success for partners and PosterElite.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the growth, retention, and overall success of a defined portfolio of strategic partners
  • Build trust with partner contacts across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Conduct partner research to understand business models, goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans to expand adoption of existing programs and introduce new solutions
  • Identify and navigate multi-stakeholder partner environments, expanding your influence across the organization
  • Lead partnership QBRs, alignment meetings, and executive updates to track progress and reinforce shared goals
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams and internal resources to develop white-labeled campaigns and enablement materials
  • Train partner sales and support teams through virtual sessions, webinars, and resources that boost adoption
  • Prepare and support proposal development and expansion opportunities
  • Influence partner decision-makers through thoughtful communication, objection handling, and clear next-step alignment
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, documentation, and opportunity details within the CRM

What You Bring

  • Strong relationship-building instincts and the ability to build credibility across diverse partner functions
  • A consultative approach rooted in curiosity, pattern recognition, and thoughtful questioning
  • The ability to influence without authority and navigate complex, multi-layered organizations
  • Strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution—you create plans and follow through with clarity and organization
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Persistence and adaptability when working through obstacles or competing priorities
  • A growth mindset and a genuine desire to help partners succeed

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, sales support, recruiting, or another relationship-focused role
  • Demonstrated success expanding partner relationships and achieving measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts within a remote-first environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop scalable processes
  • Confident communicator and presenter in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain clean, actionable documentation
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build alignment, and advocate for next steps

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for someone looking to grow into a more strategic account management or partnerships career path over time. You’ll gain exposure to partner strategy, revenue retention, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship management while working alongside experienced leaders and teammates.

How We Work

  • We’re a remote-first team that values clarity, communication, curiosity, and ownership
  • You’ll collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations — mostly through Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Travel is typically less than 10%, with occasional team meetings or industry events
  • We move quickly, support each other generously, and celebrate progress as much as outcomes
